تأثير قدرت مديران برمديريت ريسك شركت: با نقش تعديلي ارتباط سياسي مديرعامل

The effect of managers power on corporate risk management: with the moderating role of the CEO s political connection

مديران ارشد شركت‌ها، به‌عنوان سكان‌داران اصلي هدايت و راهبري شركت‌ها، بر تصميمات استراتژيك شركت تأثير قابل‌توجهي دارند. مديران در شركت ها، صاحبان قدرت و تنظيم كننده گان خط مشي مي باشند از طرفي با توجه به اهميت اجراي اثربخش مديريت ريسك در رشد و بقاي نهادهاي مالي در محيط اقتصادي كشور، پژوهش حاضربه بررسي تاثير قدرت مديران عامل بر مديريت ريسك شركت با توجه به نقش تعديلگري ارتباط سياسي مدير عامل پرداخته و براي اين منظور داده هاي مربوط به 104 شركت پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طي سال هاي 1393 الي 1399 با به كارگيري رگرسيون چند متغيره مورد بررسي قرارگرفت. يافته هاي حاصل از آزمون فرضيه هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه بين قدرت مدير عامل و مديريت ريسك شركت ارتباط مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد و ارتباط سياسي مديرعامل رابطه بين قدرت مديرعامل و مديريت ريسك شركت را تعديل منفي مي كند.

Senior managers of companies, as the main helmsmen of companies, have a significant influence on the company s strategic decisions. Managers in companies are the owners of power and policy regulators. On the other hand, considering the importance of effective implementation of risk management in the growth and survival of financial institutions in the country s economic environment, the present study examines the effect of the power of CEOs on the company s risk management. The moderating role of the CEO s political connection was discussed, and for this purpose, data related to 104 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2013 to 2016 were analyzed using multivariate regression. The findings of the research hypotheses test showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the CEO s power and the company s risk management, and the CEO s political connection negatively moderates the relationship between the CEO s power and the company s risk management.
