مقايسه تطبيقي بهزيستي ذهني و حمايت اجتماعي با پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر دوره‌ي دوم ابتدايي در عصر پسا كرونا

Comparative comparison of psychological well-being and job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in urban and rural schools of Saghez city in the post-corona period

هدف اين پژوهش مقايسه تطبيقي بهزيستي ذهني و حمايت اجتماعي با پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر دوره‌ي دوم ابتدايي در عصر پسا كرونا بود. نوع روش تحقيق همبستگي_تحليلي با رويكرد پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل كليه دانش‌آموزان شاغل به تحصيل در دوره‌ي دوم ابتدايي در سال تحصيلي 1401-1402 شهر سقز (9000 نفر) و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول كوكران 369 نفر به دست آمد. شيوه توزيع پرسشنامه‌ها به صورت نمونه در دسترس بود. ابزار سنجش شامل پرسشنامه بهزيستي ذهني كييز و ماگيارمو (2003) با پايايي 787/0، پرسشنامه حمايت اجتماعي فيليپس و همكاران (1986) با پايايي 801/0 و پرسشنامه پيشرفت تحصيلي فام و تيلور (1990) با پايايي 781/0 بود. آزمون‌هاي مورد استفاده در اين تحقيق شامل آمارهاي همبستگي و رگرسيون در محيط نرم‌افزاري اس‌پي‌اس‌اس بود. يافته‌ها نشان داد بين بهزيستي ذهني با پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر دوره‌ي دوم ابتدايي شهر سقز در عصر پساكرونا رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد. بين حمايت اجتماعي با پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر دوره‌ي دوم ابتدايي شهر سقز در عصر پساكرونا رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد. 7/18 درصد نمرات پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره‌ي دوم ابتدايي شهر سقز در عصر پساكرونا ناشي از نمرات بهزيستي ذهني و حمايت اجتماعي آنها و 2/18 درصد نمرات پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره‌ي دوم ابتدايي شهر سقز در عصر پساكرونا ناشي از نمرات بهزيستي ذهني و حمايت اجتماعي آنها مي‌باشد. با افزايش ميزان بهزيستي ذهني و حمايت اجتماعي، ميزان پيشرفت دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر دوره‌ي دوم ابتدايي شهر سقز در عصر پساكرونا افزايش پيدا مي‌كند.

The aim of this research was to compare the mental well-being and social support with the academic progress of the second year elementary school students in the post-corona era. The type of research method was correlation-analytical with a survey approach. The statistical population of the research includes all students studying in the second period of elementary school in the academic year of 1401-1402 in Saghez city (9000 people) and the sample size was 369 people based on Cochran s formula. The method of distributing the questionnaires was available as a sample. The measurement tools included Keyes and Magyarmo s subjective well-being questionnaire (2003) with a reliability of 0.787, Phillips et al. s social support questionnaire (1986) with a reliability of 0.801, and Pham and Taylor s academic achievement questionnaire (1990) with a reliability of 0.781. The tests used in this research included correlation and regression statistics in the SPSS software environment. The findings showed that there is a relationship between mental well-being and the academic progress of the second year primary school students of Saghez city in the post-corona era. There is a relationship between social support and academic progress of male and female students in the second year of elementary school in Saghez in the post-corona era. 18.7 percent of the academic achievement scores of the female students of the second year of primary school in Saghez city in the post-corona era due to their mental well-being scores and social support and 18.2 percent of the academic achievement scores of the second year of primary school students of Saghez city in the post-corona era due to the scores of mental well-being and It is their social support. By increasing the level of mental well-being and social support, the level of academic progress of the second year primary school students of Saghez city increases in the post-corona era.
