خلاقيت در نظريه ها و عمل؛ مقايسه اي تطبيقي در مدارس ابتدايي ايران

مقاله حاضر در دو بخش تنظيم گرديده است. در بخش نخست نويسنده با روش اسنادي و كتابخانه اي به بررسي تحليلي مفهوم خلاقيت مي پردازد. در اين راستا با جستجو در آثار گوناگون، از متون مختلف مفاهيم ناظر بر خلاقيت استخراج گرديد، سپس مفاهيم هم دسته شده در يك مقوله واحد قرار داده شد و مهمترين ويژگي هاي توصيف كننده مفهوم خلاقيت، مفهوم سازي (مفهوم پردازي) گرديد. در بخش دوم نويسنده سعي كرده است با روش مصاحبه پيمايشي به بررسي مفهوم خلاقيت در بطن آموزش و پرورش ايران پرداخته است. يافته هاي پژوهشي نشان داد كه مهمترين ويژگي هاي توصيف كنند خلاقيت در نظر، شامل اثري بديع، ابداعي، جهت دار، مفيد و با اصالت، كه حاصل ايده و كار يك انسان خوب و توانمند مي باشد، است. اما يافته هاي پژوهشي در عمل، به ما نشان داد كه معلمان مدرسه در زمينه خلاقيت توفيق چنداني نداشته اند و با بررسي ريشه هاي آن، يافته هاي پژوهشي به ما خاطر نشان كرد كه معلمان مدرسه از بُعد نظري اطلاعات كافي نداشته و از اين نظر غني نيستند از سوي ديگر حجم بالاي كتب درسي و زمان اندك و نحوه ي ارزشيابي مورد انتظار نظام آموزشي، مهمترين عواملي هستند كه معلمان را به سمتي سوق مي دهد تا در اجراي خلاقيت كامياب نباشند.

The present article is organized in two parts. In the first part, the author analyzes the concept of creativity with a documentary and library method. In this regard, by searching in various works, concepts related to creativity were extracted from different texts, then the concepts were grouped in a single category and the most important features describing the concept of creativity were conceptualized. In the second part, the author has tried to study the concept of creativity in the heart of Iranian education through a survey interview method. Research findings showed that the most important characteristics to describe creativity in the mind, include a novel, innovative, directional, useful and original work, which is the result of the idea and work of a good and capable human being. But research findings in practice have shown us that school teachers have not been very successful in terms of creativity, and by examining its roots, research findings have shown us that school teachers do not have enough information theoretically and are rich in this regard. On the other hand, the high volume of textbooks and the short time and the expected evaluation method of the educational system are the most important factors that lead teachers in a direction where they are not successful in implementing creativity.
