ارزيابي آموزش در موسسات قرآني مطالعه موردي: استان خراسان شمالي

Evaluation and analysis of education in Quranic institutions under the supervision of the Department of Islamic Guidance and Culture A case study of North Khorasan province

ارزيابي دقيق از فعاليت هاي موسسات قرآني مجوز گرفته از ارشاد و فرهنگ اسلامي در شهر بجنورد تا كنون بي سابقه بوده و براي اين مجموعه ضروري است. براي نظارت دقيق اين موسسات، لازم است در قالب پژوهشي مستقل آسيب شناسي شوند تا بر اساس شناخت نقاط ضعف و قوت آنها برنامه ريزي دقيقي براي ادامه فعاليت‌هاي اين موسسات صورت گيرد. همچنين مشخص گردد موسسات فوق تا چه ميزان در راستاي رسالت آموزشي خود موفق هستند. اين مقاله با رويكردي توصيفي تحليلي به بررسي اهميت ارزيابي آموزشي و نقش آن در ترقي نظارت اموزشي مي پردازد و تلاش مي نمايد كه پيشنهاداتي كاربردي درجهت رشد و توسعه كيفيت آموزشي درسيستم آموزش قرآني كشور ارايه نمايد. بر اين اساس اين پژوهش از طريق تعريف سوالات در بستر مجازي پرس لاين اطلاعات را گردآوري كرده است. پس از اخذ كلي آمار موسسات و شناسايي آنها، پرسش نامه هايي جداگانه در رابطه با سه شاخص كلاسهاي درسي و محتوي آموزشي، مربيان و مديران موسسات تهيه و تنظيم گرديد و پس از تكميل پرسش نامه ها توسط قرآن آموزان، فرم هاي آماري به دقت بررسي و تحليل شده و بر اساس آنها راهكارهايي جهت تقويت اين موسسات پيشنهاد گرديد. از جمله پيشنهادات با توجه به خروجي پرسشنامه ها مي توان به، كمك هزينه هاي مالي به قرآن پژوهان، استفاده از مكان ثابت براي موسسات، تجهيز موسسات به وسايل كمك آموزشي جديد، درجه بندي و سطح بندي حافظان قرآن و جدا كردن كلاسهاي آموزشي ايشان از يكديگر اشاره كرد.

A detailed assessment of the activities of Quranic institutions licensed by the Islamic Guidance and Culture in Bojnord city is unprecedented and for this collection, it is necessary for these institutions to be analyzed in an independent research format in order to identify their strengths and weaknesses. They need to plan carefully to continue their activities. It should also be determined to what extent the above institutions adhere to the goals of their establishment according to the charter of establishment of Quranic institutions under the supervision of Ershad. Based on this research, after obtaining the general statistics of the institutions and identifying them, separate questionnaires were prepared and adjusted in relation to the three indicators of classrooms and educational content, instructors and managers, and after the questionnaires were completed by Quran students, the forms Statistics were carefully examined and analyzed, and based on them, solutions were proposed to strengthen these institutions. Among the suggestions according to the output of the questionnaires, financial aid to Quran scholars, use of fixed location for institutions, equipping institutions with new educational aids, grading and leveling of Quran memorizers and separating their educational classes from pointed to each other.
