چكيده فارسي :
هدف مقاله حاضر مقايسه نظام آموزش و پرورش جمهوري اسلامي ايران و كشور آلمان است. بدين منظور، نخست به تعريف آموزش و پرورش از ديدگاه هر دو كشور پرداختم تا تفاوت ها يا اشتراكات هر دو نظام را در اهداف آموزشي و پرورشي شان را دريابيم. در واقع، نظامهاي آموزشي به پايه هدفهاي آن استوار است و اين هدفها جز خواسته هاي منطقي جامعه چيز ديگري نيست؛ چراكه در نظامهاي دموكراسي به مردم حق داده شده است. به اين ترتيب هدفهاي آموزش و پرورش را مردم و يا به نمايندگي از آنها، دولتها بسته به شيوه هاي مختلف كه در حكومتها وجود دارد، تعيين و اجرا مي كنند. با اينكه هدفهاي آموزش و پرورش در كشورهاي مختلف جهان متفاوت است، وجوه مشتركي بين آنها وجود دارد. بسياري از هدفهاي آموزشي جنبه عام دارند، مثل: پرورش انسان منفي و سالم و يا پرورش انسان اخلاقي و كارآمد. در سايه آموزش و پرورش صحيح مي توان براي مردم جامعه، زندگي بهتر و صرفه تري ايجاد كرد و در مقابل، آموزش و پرورش مي تواند با بهره گيري از روش ها و اصول نادرست، وسيله اي براي سقوط و نابودي جامعه تلقي شود كه در مورد اخير به شيوه تعليم و تربيت جامعه آلمان در زمان حكومت ديكتاتوري هيتلر مي توان اشاره كرد. پس از تعريف آموزش و پرورش از اين نگاه، كوشيدم اهداف آموزش وپرورش ايران و آلمان را در دو مقطع ابتدايي و راهنمايي با دقت مقايسه و تطبيق كنم تا به خط مشي ها و مباني اعتقادي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي، سياسي، آموزشي، علمي و ... هر دو نظام دست يابيم. با اين بررسي، دريافتيم كه هدف آموزش و پرورش جمهوري اسلامي ايران و درواقع كمال انسان در نظام تعليم و تربيت اسلامي، رسيدن به قرب الهي است. اين هدف غايي به اهدافي تقسيم مي شود، براي نمونه: ۱ اهداف اقتصادي ۲- اخلاقي ۳- علمي آموزشي ۴- سياسي - اجتماعي ۵- اعتقادي و .... اهداف آموزش و پرورش آلمان نيز در واقع تعليم و تربيت انسان هاي مستعد، كاردان - اقتصاددان و انسانهاي تخصصي است و در ضمن، آلماني ها براي مليت و فرهنگ خود اهميت خاصي قائل هستند و در برنامه هاي آموزشي، بر مباني قومي و فرهنگي و سابقه تاريخي آلمان تأكيد فراوان دارند.

The purpose of this article is to compare the education system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Germany. For this purpose, I first defined education from the point of view of both countries in order to find out the differences or commonalities of both systems in their educational goals. In fact, educational systems are based on its goals, and these goals are nothing but the logical demands of society; Because people are given rights in democratic systems. In this way, the goals of education are determined and implemented by the people or on their behalf, by the governments depending on the different methods that exist in the governments. Although the goals of education are different in different countries of the world, there are common aspects between them. Many educational goals have a general aspect, such as: raising a negative and healthy person or raising a moral and efficient person. In the shadow of correct education, a better and more economical life can be created for the people of the society, and on the other hand, education can be considered as a means for the downfall and destruction of the society by using wrong methods and principles. Recently, we can refer to the way of education of the German society during the dictatorship of Hitler. After defining education from this point of view, I tried to carefully compare and adapt the goals of education in Iran and Germany in both primary and secondary levels in order to find the policies and bases of belief, economic, social, political, educational, scientific and so on... Let s achieve both systems with this investigation, we found that the goal of education in the Islamic Republic of Iran and in fact the perfection of human beings in the Islamic education system is to reach God. This ultimate goal is divided into goals, for example: 1 economic goals 2- moral 3- scientific-educational 4- political-social 5- belief and.... The goals of German education and training are in fact the education and training of talented people, economists and specialized people, and at the same time, Germans attach special importance to their nationality and culture, and in educational programs, they focus on ethnic and cultural foundations and history. The history of Germany has a lot of emphasis.
