دانشگاه كارآفرين : يك مطالعه تطبيقي

Entrepreneurial university: a comparative study

هدف : مشكلات اقتصادي براي دانشجويان و دانشگاه ها مانعي بر سر راه توسعه و پيشرفت علمي بيشتر است. كار آفريني به عنوان راهكاري موثر مي تواند موجب استقلال مالي دانشگاه شود و زمينه اي را براي اشتغال زايي فارغ التحصيلان فراهم آورد.دانشگاه نسل سوم دانشگاهي است كه علاوه بر آموزش زمينه ي كارآفريني و ارتباط با صنعت را فراهم مي آورد .هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي تطبيقي دستاورد هاي دانشگاه كارآفرين يا دانشگاه نسل سوم در ايران و ساير جهان بوده است. روش تحقيق : روش تحقيق پژوهش حاضر روش مطالعه كتابخانه اي است در اين روش محقق با مطالعه ي منابع مختلف از جمله كتاب ها و نشريات علمي تخصصي و پايگاه هاي معتبر مقالات به فيش برداري و جمع آوري اطلاعات پرداخته و با دسته بندي اطلاعات به نتيجه دست يافته است. يافته ها : كار آفريني در بيشتر كشور هاي پيشرو دنيا مورد توجه واقع شده است و دانشگاه هاي برتر با ايجاد زمينه ي كارآفريني موجب استقلال مالي و افزايش نقش منطقه اي خود شدند و دانشجوياني با روحيه ي كارآفريني و خودكار آمدي تربيت كردند.در ايران نيز آموزش كارآفريني مورد توجه برخي از دانشگاه ها قرار گرفته است. نتيجه گيري : آموزش كارآفريني در آموزش عالي موجب ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت شده و به خودكفايي و استقلال دانشگاه كمك مي كند.

Entrepreneurship as an effective solution can make the university financially independent and provide a basis for the employment of graduates. The third generation university is a university that, in addition to education, provides the field of entrepreneurship and connection with the industry. The purpose of this research is to investigate The achievements of the entrepreneurial university or the third generation university in Iran and the rest of the world have been comparative. Research Methodology : The research method of the current study is the library study method. In this method, the researcher has studied various sources, including books and specialized scientific publications, and authoritative databases of articles, and collected information and has achieved the result by categorizing the information. findings : Entrepreneurship has been noticed in most of the leading countries of the world, and the top universities by creating the field of entrepreneurship caused financial independence and increased their regional role and trained students with an entrepreneurial spirit and self-sufficiency. In Iran, entrepreneurship education is also The attention of some universities has been placed. Conclusion : Entrepreneurship education in higher education connects the university with the industry and contributes to the self-sufficiency and independence of the university
