بررسي آموزش و پرورش تطبيقي ايران و ژاپن در مقطع ابتدايي

Studying the comparative education of Iran and Japan at the primary level

در هر كشوري بررسي نظام آموزشي و توجه به آموزش نقش كليدي در پيشرفت و توسعه آن كشور دارد. به همين منظور پژوهش و مطالعه درباره نظام آموزش و پرورش مي تواند در ايجاد تحول و توسعه كشور عزيزمان كارساز باشد. يكي از بهترين روش هاي تحقيق و پژوهش در اين زمينه مطالعه و بررسي نظام هاي آموزشي موفق كشورهاي ديگر مي باشد و با بومي سازي روش كار آنان گامي جديد در آموزش و پرورش بر داشت. به همين ترتيب در اين تحقيق نظام آموزشي كشور ژاپن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و همچنين بصورت تطبيقي با آموزش و پروش كشور ايران بررسي شد. روش تحقيق از نوع كتابخانه‌اي مي باشد كه با بررسي و مطالعه منابع مرتبط انجام شد. در پايان پس از بررسي نتيجه آن شد كه تعامل بالا در تمامي سطوح سياست گذاري آموزشي در كشور ژاپن وجود دارد. وجود دولت هاي محلي و استقلال هيئت هاي آموزشي استان ها، شهرها و مدارس در اجراي برنامه هاي آموزشي، نقش آفريني جامعۀ مدني در تدوين برنامه هاي آموزشي، تمركز بر آموزش عملي و كاربردي دانش آموز در اجتماع، تمركز بر كار گروهي، مشاركت دانش آموزان در تمامي فعاليت‌ها و تأكيد بر احترام به ديگران و فرهنگ هاي خارجي، همه و همه در كنار هم باعث شده است نظام آموزش و پروش ژاپن به عنوان نمونه اي موفق از سياست گذاري آموزشي در جهان مورد تحسين همگان قرار گيرد. در مقايسه با نظام آموزشي ژاپن، آموزش و پرورش ايران علي رغم تمامي تلاش‌هايي كه در جهت ارتقاي آن صورت پذيرفته، موفقيت آميز ظاهر نشده است. ريشۀ اين ناكامي نسبي به پايين بودن سطح تعامل در اجزاي مختلف نظام آموزشي ايران بازمي گردد. تمركز سياسي و اداري قدرت باعث شده است تا تمام اجزاي اين نظام به صورت دستوري و از بالا به پا يين طراحي شود.

In any country, examining the educational system and paying attention to education plays a key role in the progress and development of that country. For this purpose, research and study about the education system can be useful in the transformation and development of our beloved country. One of the best methods of research in this field is to study and evaluate the successful educational systems of other countries, and by localizing their working methods, a new step was taken in education. In the same way, in this research, the educational system of Japan was studied and it was also compared with the education of Iran. The research method is library type which was done by examining and studying related sources. In the end, after the investigation, it was concluded that there is high interaction at all levels of education policy in Japan. The existence of local governments and the independence of educational boards of provinces, cities and schools in the implementation of educational programs, the role of civil society in developing educational programs, focusing on the practical and practical education of students in the community, focusing on teamwork, student participation In all the activities and emphasis on respect for others and foreign cultures, all together has made the Japanese education system to be admired by everyone as a successful example of educational policy in the world. Compared to Japan s education system, Iran s education has not been successful despite all the efforts made to improve it. The root of this relative failure is the low level of interaction in the various components of Iran s educational system. The political and administrative concentration of power has caused all the components of this system to be designed from the top down.
