Aim and Background: Gastrointestinal parasitic nematodes are a serious threat to the livestock industry and the profitability of livestock farms around the world. Any disruption and disruption in the life cycle of the parasite in the living and grazing environment of the animal, in addition to the internal environment of the body, can lead to a reduction in livestock contamination and economic losses. lead to livestock farmers. Methods: After separating the stool samples from the rectum, they were cultured on infant stages (L1 and L2) in special containers. 0.02, 0.04 and 0.06 mg and 5% DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) were used to increase the permeability of larvae treated with aluminum oxide nanoparticles, after cultivation, the survival of larvae was checked under the light microscope. Results and discussion: Microscopic investigation of the effect of aluminum oxide nanoparticles along with DMSO studied on the first and second stage larvae of trichostrongylides in the digestive tract of small ruminants after 14 days, it was found that the larvae show a significant difference in the presence and absence of DMSO Conclusion: In recent years, nanoparticles have been considered as an anthelmintic agent and some of them have been evaluated to control several types of parasites. In the present study, as it was determined that aluminum oxide nanoparticles along with 5% DMSI have a significant role and effect on death and Trichostrongylide family nematode killing in pre-parasitic stages is therefore suggested as a cost-effective and safe method.
