Aim and Background: One of the dangerous human pathogen is E. coli. It causes life-threatening difficulties such as bloody diarrhea and renal failure. Biosensors are tools to determine levels of chemicals and microorganisms in a sample with high accuracy, simple and fast method. Results and discussion: we studied oriented immobilized E coli bacteriophage for lable free biosensor of E coli bacteria detection and oriented immobilized bacteriophage was investigated in many methods such as: FESEM, DLS, UV-Vis spectroscopy and electrochemistry. Conclusion: We suggest label-free, inexpensive, cheap, rapid and renewable E. coli biosensors by immobilizing of oriented bacteriophage on modified gold biochip and this biochip will be used in capacitance method. Moreover LCR meter is miniature, cheap and simple user instrument, which can be used in label free sensors.
