چكيده فارسي :
دوراني را كه در آن زندگي مي‌كنيم، عصر خلاقيت، نوآوري و كارآفريني مي‌شناسند. در دنياي امروز، خلق محصولات و خدمات جديد جز با حضور و تلاش افراد كارآفرين ميسر نيست. اين افراد با بهره‌گيري از خلاقيت خود دست به نوآوري مي‌زنند و با ايجاد تغيير و تحول در سازمان‌هاي موجود يا با تأسيس شركت‌هاي نوپا ايده‌هاي خود را به واقعيت بدل مي‌كنند. امروزه خلاقيت، نوآوري و كارآفريني يك پديده جهاني است كه درحال‌حاضر، در بازارهاي نوظهور مانند چين و هند رو به رشد است. مشكلات مرتبط با زنان و جوانان نياز به راه‌حل‌هاي نوآورانه دارند و كارآفرينان زمين بازي بزرگي را در مقابل خود مي‌بينند كه براي ورود به آن بايد راهكارهاي جديدي ارائه كنند؛ راهكارهايي كه بر كيفيت زندگي اين بخش‌ها تاثير مي‌گذارد و دنيا را جاي بهتري براي زندگي مي‌كند. دولت‌هاي مركزي و ايالتي در بيشتر كشورها درك كرده‌اند كه كارآفريني ابزاري براي موفقيت و رونق اقتصادي و اجتماعي است و براي پيشبرد تلاش‌هاي كارآفريني و به ثمر رساندن آن‌ها بايد در طرح‌ها و برنامه‌هاي مختلف مشاركت كنند و نقش موثري داشته باشند. به همين دليل، در سال‌هاي اخير حضور سرمايه‌گذاران جديد گامي بزرگ در جهت خلق كسب و كارهاي جديد بوده است كه با خلاقيت و نوآوري شكل مي‌گيرند و در راه خدمت‌رساني به بشر تلاش مي‌كنند. درنتيجه كارآفريني، خلاقيت و نوآوري و كسبوكارهاي مخاطره آميز، سوخت موتور اقتصاد مدرن را فراهم مي كنند؛ يعني در هر سازمان اگر بستر كارآفريني فراهم آيد اشتغالزايي ايجاد مي شود و عامل انتقال فن آوري خواهد شد. مهمترين دستاورد كارآفريني براي توسعه كشور ايجاد اشتغال، رفاه، ثروت و شناخت فرصتهاي مناسب است و حتي عده اي معتقدند كه كارآفريني مي تواند به عنوان يك مكانيزم، موجب افزايش بهره وري در سازمان شود.

The era we live in is known as the era of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. In today s world, it is not possible to create new products and services without the presence and efforts of entrepreneurial people. These people innovate by using their creativity and turn their ideas into reality by making changes in existing organizations or by establishing start-up companies. Today, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship is a global phenomenon that is currently growing in emerging markets such as China and India. Problems related to women and youth need innovative solutions, and entrepreneurs see a large playground in front of them, in order to enter it, they must provide new solutions; Solutions that affect the quality of life in these areas and make the world a better place to live. Central and state governments in most countries have understood that entrepreneurship is a tool for economic and social success and prosperity, and to advance entrepreneurial efforts and bring them to fruition, they must participate in various plans and programs and play an effective role. For this reason, in recent years, the presence of new investors has been a big step towards creating new businesses that are formed with creativity and innovation and strive to serve humanity. As a result, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation and venture businesses provide fuel for the engine of the modern economy; That is, in every organization, if the platform for entrepreneurship is provided, employment will be created and it will be the factor of technology transfer. The most important achievement of entrepreneurship for the development of the country is the creation of employment, welfare, wealth and recognition of suitable opportunities, and even some believe that entrepreneurship can increase productivity in the organization as a mechanism.
