بررسي عوامل مالي و غيرمالي موثر بر تصميم‌گيري‌هاي سرمايه گذاران بورس اوراق بهادار

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدلي براي بررسي عوامل مالي و غير مالي موثر بر تصميم گيري هاي سرمايه گذاران بورس اوراق بهادار مي باشد. اين مطالعه از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر نحوه گردآوري داده ها توصيفي-پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كليه سرمايه گذاران در بورس اوراق بهادار بوده است كه به اين منظور 384 نمونه به روش نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب شد. براي تاييد روايي محتوا تعدادي پرسشنامه بين اساتيد دانشگاهي و افراد خبره توزيع شد و از منطقي بودن قابل فهم بودن سوالات و تناسب بعدها اطمينان حاصل شد و همين طور از نظرات خبرگان جهت بهبود پرسش‌هاي پرسشنامه استفاده گرديد. همچنين پايايي آن از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ بررسي و مقدار آن بالاتر از 0.0877 نشان داده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم افزارSPSS استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد عوامل مالي بر تصميم گيري سرمايه-گذاران تاثير معنا دار دارد، همچنين عوامل غير مالي نيز بر تصميم گيري سرمايه گذاران تاثيرگذار است. درنتيجه اين پژوهش مي تواند به اهميت وجود اين روابط اشاره كند تا سرمايه گذاران با نظر گرفتن اين عوامل تاثيرگذار تصميمات بهتري در بازار سرمايه بگيرند.

The purpose of this research is to present a model to investigate the financial and non-financial factors affecting the decisions of stock market investors. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the research included all the investors in the stock exchange, and for this purpose, 384 samples were selected using available sampling method. To confirm the validity of the content, a number of questionnaires were distributed among academic professors and experts, and the reasonableness, comprehensibility and appropriateness of the questions were ensured, and the opinions of experts were also used to improve the questions of the questionnaire. Also, its reliability was checked through Cronbach s alpha and its value was shown to be higher than 0.0877. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that financial factors have a significant impact on the decision-making of investors, and non-financial factors also have an impact on the decision-making of investors. As a result, this research can point to the importance of these relationships so that investors can make better decisions in the capital market by considering these influential factors.
