The role of risk management in sustainable supply chain on realizing organizational competitive advantage

در اين تحقيق با توجه به اهميت مسئله مالي براي شركت ها، بحث پايداري زنجيره‌تامين وارتباط همزمان آن به ابعاد مختلف مديريت زنجيره تامين بررسي شده است ، از طرف ديگر بررسي نقش توانمندسازها در اين رابطه از موارد ديگري است كه در مدل اصلي تحقيق به آن پرداخته مي شود. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق نقش مديريتي ريسك در زنجيره تامين پايدار بر تحقق مزيت رقابتي سازماني در صنعت فرش دستباف ايران مي باشد. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي-همبستگي مي‌باشد. در اين تحقيق بعد از شناسايي سنجه هاي پايداري، سنجه هاي مديريت زنجيره تامين و توانمندسازهاي زنجيره، با استفاده از تكنيك دلفي آن ها را مورد جرح و تعديل قرار داده شد. در مرحله دوم پرسشنامه اي بر مبناي طيف ليكرت طراحي گرديد و بين 217 شركت داراي بيش از 50 نفر كارگر در زنجيره تامين صنعت فرش دستباف توزيع گرديد. سپس سنجه هاي مديريت و توانمندسازهاي زنجيره با استفاده از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي دسته‌بندي شدند. در نهايت با استفاده از نرم افزار آموس به بررسي مدل تحقيق پرداخته شد. با توجه به مدل نهايي تحقيق مشخص شد كه توانمندسازها داراي تاثير مستقيم روي پايداري نيستند و از طريق مديريت روي پايداري تاثير دارند. به عبارت ديگر مديريت نقش ميانجي را بين توانمندسازها و پايداري ايفا ميكند. از بين توانمندسازها از نظر اهيمت، مديريت دانش و اطلاعات و روابط مناسب از مابقي عوامل مهمتر بود. تفاوت اهميت بين عوامل مديريت زنجيره تامين و ابعاد پايداري معنادار نبود.

In this research, due to the importance of financial issues for companies, the issue of supply chain sustainability and its simultaneous connection to various aspects of supply chain management has been examined, on the other hand, the role of enablers in this regard is one of the other issues that have been addressed in the main model of the research. will be The main purpose of this research is the role of risk management in the sustainable supply chain on the realization of organizational competitive advantage in the handwoven carpet industry of Iran. This research is descriptive-correlation type. In this research, after identifying sustainability indicators, supply chain management indicators and chain enablers were examined and modified using Delphi technique. In the second stage, a questionnaire based on the Likert scale was designed and distributed among 217 companies with more than 50 workers in the supply chain of the handwoven carpet industry. Then, management metrics and enablers of the chain were categorized using exploratory factor analysis. Finally, the research model was investigated using Amos software. According to the final model of the research, it was found that the enablers do not have a direct effect on sustainability and they have an effect on sustainability through management. In other words, management plays the role of mediator between enablers and sustainability. Among the enablers in terms of importance, knowledge and information management and appropriate relationships were more important than the rest of the factors. The difference in importance between supply chain management factors and sustainability dimensions was not significant.
