نظام توزيع و بهره برداري ازآب كشاورزي به شيوه بومي در شهرهاي كويري ايران

The system of distribution and exploitation of agricultural water in a native way in the desert cities of Iran

بحران آب ، يكي از چالش هاي اساسي مناطق كويري و نتيجۀ توزيع نامناسب بارش و تبخير و تعرق بالاست بنابراين، مديريت توزيع آب در اين مناطق از اهميت زيادي برخوردار است. از ديرباز روش هاي مختلفي براي تقسيم و بهره برداري بهينه از آب در نقاط مختلف بكار گرفته شده است. در چنين مواردي شيوه هاي ابداعي وسنتي پيشينيان در تقسيم آب ونظام مند نمودن نحوه تقسيم آب ، كليد حل مشكلات ساكنين اين مناطق بوده است. در همين راستا شيوه آبياري سنتي سمنان دراين نوشتار مورد بررسي قرارگرفته است ،اين پژوهش از نوع پژوهش هاي كيفي است كه با تكيه بر شيوه پژوهش موردي و به صورت تاريخي به شناخت ويژگي هاي زيرساخت آبي سنتي شهر سمنان مي پردازد و در اين راه از مستندات تاريخي ،نقشه هاي شهري و همچنين مطالعات از گذشته تا امروز در شناخت سيستم آبياري سنتي و نقش آن در ساختار شهر بهره گرفته است . نظام آبياري سمنان به شيوه استخري و بر مبناي نوبت بندي در برداشت آب براي هر فرد بوده و داراي نظام خاص و دقيق مي‌باشد. توزيع و تقسيم آب به گونه اي منحصر به فرد و دقيق صورت گرفته و سيستم نظارتي دقيقي، صحت انجام آن را پايش مي نمايد. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه فرهيختگان ابداع-كننده اين سيستم با هوشمندي از امكانات موجود در محدوديت هاي محيطي حداكثر استفاده را نموده اند لذا به دليل بحران كم آبي امروزه در آبياري فضاهاي سبز مي توان انعطاف پذيري، مديريت توزيع، عدالت محوري و مشاركت مردمي نهفته در بطن اين نظام ها را سرلوحه قرارداده و با توجه به شرايط اقليمي مناطق مختلف چارچوب نظام هاي مديريتي آبياري مدرن را با انسجام و قانونمندي بيشتري شكل داد .

Water crisis is one of the basic challenges of desert regions and is the result of improper distribution of rainfall and high evaporation and transpiration.Therefore, water distribution management in these areas is very important.For a long time, various methods have been used to divide and optimally use water in different places.in such cases, the creative and traditional ways of the ancients in dividing water and systematizing it, has been the key to solving the problems of the residents of these areas. In this regard, the traditional irrigation method of Semnan has been investigated in this article.This research is a type of qualitative research that relies on the case study method and historically to know the characteristics of the traditional water infrastructure of Semnan city. And in this way, historical documents, urban maps, and studies from the past to the present have been used in understanding the traditional irrigation system and its role in the city structure.The irrigation system of Semnan is based on a pool method and based on taking turns to collect water for each person and has a special and precise system. The distribution and distribution of water is carried out in a unique and precise way and a precise monitoring system monitors the correctness of its implementation. The results indicate that the inventors of this system have intelligently made maximum use of the available facilities within the environmental limitations. Therefore, due to the water shortage crisis today, in the irrigation of green spaces, flexibility, distribution management, justice-centeredness and people s participation hidden in the heart of these systems can be highlighted.And according to the climatic conditions of different regions, she formed the framework of modern irrigation management systems with greater coherence and legality.
