به منظور بررسي اثر تنش هاي خشكي بر خصوصيات كمي و كيفي گل مغربي صورتيOenothera spiciosa) )در مركز تحقيقات و توليد گل ها و گياهان زينتي سازمان پارك ها و فضاي سبز شهرداري قم انجام گرديد . آزمايش به صورت فاكتوريل و در قالب طرح بلوك‌هاي كامل تصادفي و در سه تكرار صورت پذيرفت. . بر اساس نتايج تحقيق حاضر، بين بسترهاي كشت مورد بررسي تفاوت معني دار وجود داشت به طوري كه بيشترين ارتفاع بوته و وزن خشك اندام هوايي در بستر كشت خاك زراعي با كود دامي حاصل شد، همچنين حداكثر وزن تر ريشه، وزن تر اندام هوايي، تعداد گل، قطر گل، ميانگين گلدهي روزانه، محتواي نسبي آب برگ، كلروفيل a، كلروفيل b و كلروفيل كل در بستر كشت خاك زراعي با كمپوست خاك برگ به دست آمد. بالاترين قطر ساقه، وزن خشك ريشه و تعداد برگ در بسترهاي كشت خاك زراعي با كود دامي و خاك زراعي با كمپوست خاك برگ مشاهده شد. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده در شرايط آبياري مطلوب كاربرد بستر كشت خاك زراعي با كود دامي پوسيده و خاك زراعي با كمپوست خاك برگ، بستر كشت خاك زراعي با كمپوست خاك برگ ، بستر كشت خاك زراعي با كود دامي داراي بهترين تأثير در افزايش خصوصيات مورفولوژيكي و فيزيولوژيكي بود

In order to investigate the effect of drought stress on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the pink evening primrose (Oenothera spiciosa), it was carried out in the Center for Research and Production of Flowers and Ornamental Plants of the Parks and Green Space Organization of Qom Municipality.
