Professional ethics in medicine is an important characteristic of medical staff (MS). Morality naturally plays an important role in providing health services. MS knowledge of relaxation techniques, high moral intelligence, sense of commitment, and empathy lead to patients satisfaction. This helps to strengthen patients trust in MS. Undoubtedly, morality is a vital epistemological and cognitive factor that everyone should consider since it shows the accuracy of education. In the current study, factors influencing mortality, as well as its challenges in society and hospitals are discussed. In this study, four databases including Embase, Pubmed, Cochrane, and Wiley Library were examined from 2015 to 2021.Among 6,272 articles found, 5,724 were discarded due to reasons like duplication, irrelevancy. The full text of 39 articles was reviewed and 16 articles were removed due to inadequacy, and finally, 23 articles that met the inclusion criteria were retained. Improvement of self-regulatory skills in the light of professional ethics greatly affected the MS performance and ameliorated hospital conditions for patients. Also, moral principles were found fundamental to the development of MS mental health and their relationships with patients, as well as their treatment quality
