تاثير چابكي بر عملكرد عملياتي با تبيين نقش پايداري (مورد مطالعه: شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان)

The effect of agility on operational performance by explaining the role of sustainability (Case study: small and medium enterprises in Kerman)

چابكي و پايداري دو عاملي است كه صنعت توليد از ابتداي قرن بيست و يكم روي آن سرمايه گذاري زيادي داشته است. تأثير اين دو عامل فراتر از عمليات است و به نوآوري، كاركنان ، جوامع و مشتري نيز كشيده مي شود. اين تحقيق فقدان تحقيقات تجربي براي بررسي رابطه بين چابكي و پايداري و همچنين تعاملات تركيبي آنها با معيارهاي عملكرد عملياتي را مشخص كرده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسي تاثير چابكي بر عملكرد عملياتي با تبيين نقش پايداري (مورد مطالعه: شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان) مي باشد. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش كاركنان شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان مي باشد كه تعداد آن ها در سال 1397 تقريباً برابر با 450 نفر است. با استفاده از فرمول كوكران تعداد 207 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. نتايج حاصل از معادلات ساختاري نشان داد كه متغير چابكي بر عملكرد عملياتي تاثير معنادار دارد (آماره تي بزرگتر از 96/1 است) و مقدار مثبت بتا (612/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن اين تاثير مي‌باشد. متغير چابكي بر پايداري تاثير معنادار دارد و مقدار مثبت بتا (731/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن اين تاثير مي‌باشد. نتايج حاصل از معادلات ساختاري نشان داد كه متغير پايداري بر عملكرد عملياتي تاثير معنادار دارد و مقدار مثبت بتا (869/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن اين تاثير مي‌باشد. متغير پايداري در تاثيرگذاري چابكي بر عملكرد عملياتي در شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان نقش ميانجي دارد و مقدار مثبت بتاي به دست آمده (447/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن اين تاثير مي‌باشد. بنابراين، پايداري در تاثيرگذاري چابكي بر عملكرد عملياتي در شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان نقش ميانجي دارد.

Agility and sustainability are two factors on which the manufacturing industry has invested heavily since the beginning of the 21st century. The impact of these two factors goes beyond operations and extends to innovation, employees, communities and customers. This study highlights the lack of empirical research to examine the relationship between agility and stability, as well as their combined interactions with operational performance metrics. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of agility on operational performance by explaining the role of sustainability (Case study: small and medium enterprises in Kerman). The statistical population in this study is the employees of small and medium companies in the city of Kerman, whose number in 1397 is approximately equal to 450 people. Using Cochran s formula, 207 people were selected as the sample size. The results of structural equations showed that the agility variable has a significant effect on operational performance (t-statistic is greater than 1.96) and a positive beta value (0.612) indicates a positive effect. The agility variable has a significant effect on stability and a positive beta value (0.731) indicates a positive effect. The results of structural equations showed that the stability variable has a significant effect on operational performance and a positive beta value (0.869) indicates a positive effect. Stability variable has a mediating role in the effect of agility on operational performance in small and medium enterprises in Kerman and the positive value of beta (0.447) indicates the positive effect of this effect. Therefore, sustainability plays a mediating role in influencing agility on operational performance in small and medium enterprises in Kerman.
