بررسي تمايلات بزهكارانه در فرزندان طلاقِ ناشي از تغيير جنسيت والدين

Investigating the criminal tendencies in children of divorce due to gender reassignment of parents

فرزندان طلاق كه آنان را قربانيان طلاق والدين مي شناسند، مشكلات و معضلات فراوان روحي و رواني اعم از افسردگي، گوشه‌گيري، اعتياد و ترك تحصيل گريبان گيرشان مي شود و احتمال ارتكاب بزهكاري در آن ها وجود دارد. در ميان اين فرزندان طلاق، عده اي هم علت طلاق والدين شان ناشي از تغيير جنسيت يكي يا هردو نفر از والدين است. نكاح والدين اين دسته برخلاف دسته ديگر كه طلاق والدين شان با اختيار و حداقل با رضايت آنان بوده، به صورت قهري و نه با رضايت، منفسخ گرديده است. اما اين فرزندان نه تنها كه از آسيب هاي مشابه فرزندان طلاق در امان نيستند بلكه دچار بحران هاي مهلك ديگري نيز مي شوند. تغيير جنسيت والدينِ فرزندانِ طلاق و متعاقب آن عدم حضور فعال والدين و يا به تعبير ديگر عدم حضور آنان در لباس جنسيت پدر و مادر سابق، مي تواند عامل بروز اختلال هويت جنسي را در فرزندان شان مهيا كند. اين فرزندان نيز با ابتلا به اختلال هويت جنسي، سرنوشت مشابهي نسبت به والدين شان پيدا مي كنند و نيز به خاطر عدم پذيرش شخصيت داراي اختلال هويت جنسي در جامعه و سرخوردگي هاي ناشي از آن، گرايش ويژه و چندين برابر نسبت يه ساير فرزندان طلاق به ارتكاب بزه پيدا مي كنند. به همين خاطر مي توان از اين فرزندان را «قربانيان خطرناك طلاق» دانست.

Children of divorce, who are known to be the victims of parental divorce, face many psychological problems, including depression, isolation, addiction, and dropping out of school, and are more likely to commit crimes. Among these children, one of the reasons for their parents divorce are due to the gender reassignment of one or both parents. This group are unlike other groups whose parents divorced voluntarily and at least with their consent and their parents marriage has been dissolved by force and not by consent. But these children are not only secure from the same harms as the children of divorce, but they also suffer from other deadly crises. The change in their parents’ sexuality and the consequent active absence of the parents, or in other words, their absence as the former parents based on gender , can provide the cause of sexual identity disorder in their children, and these children also suffer from identity disorder and suffer the same fate as their parents, and these children, due to the non-acceptance of their personality in the society because of sexual identity disorder and the resulting frustrations, have a strong desire to commit a crime. For this reason, these children can be considered as” dangerous victims of divorce”.
