امروزه حكمروايي خوب شهري، در گردشگري خلاق به عنوان ضرورت تلقي مي گردد، در واقع خلاقيت در گردشگري و استفاده از پتانسيل هاي شهر هاي خلاق در زمينه هاي ادبي، موسيقي، صنايع دستي، هنر هاي رسانه اي، خوراك و... مي تواند در برطرف نمودن بسياري از مشكلات كنوني جامعه نظير بيكاري، درآمد پايين و ... موثر باشد. در اين راستا، ارتباط بين حكمروايي خوب شهري و گردشگري خلاق مي تواند در دستيابي به اقتصاد پايدار و بهبود سبك زندگي شهروندان موثر باشد. بنابراين هدف پژوهش حاضر، گردشگري خلاق مبتني بر رويكرد حكمروايي خوب شهري در شهر رشت مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي و تحليلي و مبتني بر مطالعات كتابخانه اي، اسنادي و ميداني صورت گرفته است. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از از نرم افزار SPSS، و مدل سلسه مراتبي فازي(FAHP)استفاده گرديده شد. نتايج آزمون همبستگي اسپيرمن و رگرسيون به منظور جايگاه حكمروايي خوب شهري در گردشگري خلاق شهر رشت، گوياي ارتباط جايگاه كم حكمروايي خوب در گردشگري خلاق در اين شهر مي باشد، در ادامه نيز با استفاده از آزمون همبستگي اسپيرمن به همبستگي بين شاخص هاي حكمروايي خوب شهري پرداخته شد، رابطه همبستگي خوب بين شاخص ها نشان داد كه از نظر مديران شهري رشت براي تحقق گردشگري خلاق، نيازمند وجود همبستگي بين شاخص هاي حكمروايي خوب شهري مي باشيم. در نهايت نتايج رتبه بندي تاثيرپذيري شاخص هاي گردشگري خلاق از حكمروايي خوب شهري نشان داد، به ترتيب شاخص هاي رهبري با وزن 358/0، ابتكار با وزن 231/0، انعطاف پذيري با وزن 213/0، خطرپذيري با وزن 198/0، بالاترين و پايين ترين رتبه را از تاثيرپذيري حكمروايي خوب در شهر رشت به خود اختصاص داده اند.

Today, good urban governance is considered a necessity in creative tourism. In fact, creativity in tourism and using the potentials of creative cities in the fields of literature, music, handicrafts, media arts, food. And ... can be effective in solving many current problems of society such as unemployment, low income and .... In this regard, the relationship between good urban governance and creative tourism can be effective in achieving a sustainable economy and improving the lifestyle of citizens. Therefore, the aim of the present study is creative tourism based on the approach of good urban governance in Rasht. The present research is descriptive and analytical and is based on library, documentary and field studies. In order to analyze the data, SPSS software and fuzzy hierarchical model (FAHP) were used. The results of Spearman correlation and regression test for the position of good urban governance in creative tourism in Rasht, show the relationship between the low position of good governance in creative tourism in this city. Good urban was addressed, the relationship of good correlation between indicators showed that from the point of view of Rasht city managers to achieve creative tourism, we need a correlation between the indicators of good urban governance. Finally, the results of the ranking of the impact of creative tourism indicators on good urban governance showed, respectively, leadership indicators with a weight of 0.358, initiative with a weight of 0.231, flexibility with a weight of 0.213, risk-weight with weight 0.198, have the highest and lowest rank of the impact of good governance in the city of Rasht.
