چكيده فارسي :
Carbonized cotton Fabric (CCF) was fabricated as sorbent for magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) of drug in human plasma, which was combined with high performance liquid chromatography ultraviolent detection (HPLC–UV). The Carbonized cotton Fabric was syntesised by using cotton fabric and modified by Fe3O4 because of its extremely high magnetic properties and allow the sorbent to be easily divided from the sample solution by using an external. In order to improve the cotraction between analyte and synthesis sorbent, the carbonized cotton fabric/Fe3O4 surface was modified by zeolitic imidazolate framework-71 and polythionine through in-situ synthesis of ZIF-71 followed by oxidative polymerization of thionine.Sorbent characterization was carried out utilizing Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. Important analytical parameters such as amount of sorbent, desorption condition and ultrasonic bath time that effect the developed magnetic solid phase extraction method were investigated and optimum parameters were detected. carbonized cotton fabric/Fe3O4/ZIF-71/PTh was used as sorbent for the determination and preconcentration of prazocin in human plasma.
