: Clean rooms serve as integral components across various industries, notably in sectors dealing with food, cosmetics, and healthcare. The maintenance of pristine manufacturing environments holds paramount importance, aligning with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and standard manufacturing procedures. This paper introduces a novel system designed and implemented to enhance existing clean room technologies. The focus is on presenting an integrated control system that streamlines operations, significantly contributing to efficiency and compliance. The featured control system represents a new method in clean room management, allowing centralized control and monitoring from a single location, eliminating the need to navigate through different parts of the facility. This innovation aims to reduce the time and resources traditionally spent on maintenance and repairs, thereby enhancing overall productivity across diverse industries. The article details the development and implementation of the new integrated plan for the control system. Emphasis is placed on its adaptability to various manufacturing settings, ensuring a seamless integration process. The effectiveness of this novel approach is validated through the practical installation and utilization of the system. Real-world applications demonstrate its efficiency in minimizing downtime and optimizing clean room performance.
