: Terahertz(THz) spectrum is a frequency range in which waves can be analyzed both electromagnetically and optically. High bitrate with non-destructive radiation is one the main reasons for this frequency range to be vaunted. In this study, an Epsilon Negative(EN) / Mu Negative(MN) Metamaterial(MTM) unit cell is linearly scaled and analyzed for the target frequencies that are based on under 1 THz telecommunication windows and are 0.55 THz, 0.68 THz, 0.84 THz and 1.04 THz. To the authors’ best knowledge, no other study has been made so far for these regions with this methodology
