This article delves into the complexities associated with verifying Vehicles especially pre-owned ones. It seeks to enhance transparency and streamline information management concerning through the implementation of an innovative approach utilizing the Ethereum blockchain platform. The blockchain, renowned for its secure and immutable database, plays a pivotal role in ensuring transparency and data security during registration processes. The proposed method involves creating a digital record for each Vehicle using its unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on the blockchain. Vital Vehicle details are recorded as transactions on the blockchain and can be swiftly accessed using the corresponding identifier. Moreover, smart contracts are employed to regulate access to this information. The utilization of smart contracts in this study facilitates the chaining of data, significantly enhancing the validation of transactions and identity verifications, while effectively controlling access. This approach serves to mitigate the risk of erroneous data input and malicious attacks, fostering a more secure and robust system.
