چكيده فارسي :
چكيده يكي از عوامل مؤثر در شكوفايي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي روستاهاي كشور، تقويت نهادها، سازمان ها و مؤسسات موجود در روستاها مي باشد كه در حوزه هاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي فعال هستند و اشتغال و معيشت پايدار براي اقشار آسيب پذير و كم درآمد روستايي ايجاد مي نمايد. در اين ارتباط مي توان گفت بعد از انقلاب اسلامي، استراتژي تعاوني ها به عنوان رهيافتي مهم در توسعه ي روستايي مورد توجه دولتمردان و سياستگذاران قرار گرفت و نه تنها به عنوان ابزاري كارآمد در ايجاد اشتغال روستايي قلمداد شد، بلكه به عنوان هدف در توانمندسازي و توسعه ي جوامع روستايي به كار گرفته شد. رسالت تعاوني هاي توليد روستايي، ارتقا سطح زندگي، دانش، بهداشت، درآمد سرانه، بهره وري مطلوب از منابع روستايي، ايجاد اشتغال پايدار روستايي و برقراري توازن ميان توسعه ي روستايي و شهر بيان شده است. از جمله اهداف تشكيل چنين تعاوني هايي ،كمك به اعضاء در جهت رفع و حل مشكلاتشان يا حداقل تسهيل راه هايي در اين خصوص مي باشد. از سويي اين تشكل ها به عنوان يكي از مهمترين منابع توليد محصولات كشاورزي و متوليان تأمين امنيت غذايي در كشور به شمار مي آيند. علاوه بر اين، تعاوني هاي توليد با افزايش بازدهي توليد، نقش بسيار مهمي در كاهش فقر روستايي ايفا مي كنند و مي توانند خدماتي را كه دولت ها قادر به تأمين آن ها براي مردم فقير نيستند فراهم كنند . امروزه تعاوني ها در بسياري از كشورها به عنوان يك ابزار مهم در جهت مشاركت توده ي مردم در بهره مندي از منافع و توسعه ي اقتصادي جايگاه بسيار بالايي دارند. واژه ي تعاوني(Cooperative) در شكل فعاليت هاي رسمي و براي مؤسساتي كه بر مبناي اصول و قواعد تعاوني فعاليت مي نمايند، به كار برده مي شود؛ بنابراين هدف اصلي اين تحقيق، بررسي نقش شركت هاي تعاوني توليد روستايي در رفع و حل معضلات و مشكلات و ايجاد اشتغال پايدار در روستاها مي باشد. در نهايت توسعه ي تعاوني هاي توليد بايد مورد توجه برنامه ريزان و مجريان قرار گيرد تا با ارائه ي استراتژي ها و راهكارهاي جديد از آن ها حمايت كنند.

The role of production cooperatives in rural employment Abstract One of the effective factors in the economic, social and cultural prosperity of the country s villages is the strengthening of the existing institutions, organizations and institutions in the villages, which are active in the economic and social fields, and create stable employment and livelihood for the vulnerable and low-income rural groups. It can be said that after the Islamic revolution, the strategy of cooperatives as an important approach in rural development was noticed by statesmen and policy makers and was considered not only as an efficient tool in creating rural employment, but also as a goal in empowerment and development of rural communities. The mission of rural production cooperatives is to improve the standard of living, knowledge, health, income, optimal productivity of rural resources, creating sustainable rural employment and establishing a balance between rural and urban development. One of the goals of forming such organizations is to help the members to solve their problems in this regard. On the other hand, these organizations are considered as one of the most important sources of agricultural production and the guardians of food security in the country. In addition, by increasing production efficiency, production cooperatives play an important role in reducing rural poverty and can provide services that governments are unable to provide for poor people. Today, cooperatives have an important role in many countries as an important tool for people s participation in benefiting from benefits and economic development. The word cooperative is used in the form of official activities and for those who operate based on the principles and rules of the cooperative. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to examine the role of rural production cooperatives in solving problems and creating sustainable employment in villages. Finally, the development of production cooperatives should be given the attention of planners and managers to support them by providing new strategies and solutions.
