كشور ايران در منطقه اي خشك و گرم در خاورميانه واقع شده است كه به بيان بهتر در يك كمربند گرم و خشك قرار دارد.جداي مبحث بسيار مهم بي آبي و تغييرات اقليم ايران ، آلودگي هوا و افزايش دماي شهر ها در ايران بسيار حائز اهميت مي باشد.يكي از راهكار هاي مقابله با اين موارد كه راهكاري مفيد، درازمدت در عمل و داراي طول عمر بالا مي باشد ايجاد كمربند هاي سبز مي باشد. اين مهم از قديم در ايران مورد توجه و بررسي بوده است ولي متأسفانه تاكنون جامه عمل به خود نگرفته و مورد بي مهري مقامات و مسئولان قرار گرفته است. در اين مقاله سعي شده است كه نسبت به توصيف و تحليل كمربند سبز، مزايا و معايب آن و نيز قابليت هاي عملي و بهره برداري اين روش اقدام شده است.در اين مقاله كمربند سبز به صورت تحليلي و توصيفي مورد بررسي و واكاوايي قرار گرفته است و امكان سنجي آن نيز مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد. در جوامع شهري كه به سرعت در حال رشد و توسعه هستند، حفاظت زيست محيطي و كاهش مخاطرات مرتبط با آلودگي و سوانح طبيعي به چالش‌هاي بزرگي تبديل شده است. يكي از راهكارهاي نوين در اين زمينه، ايجاد كمربند سبز در شهرها و در عين حال حومه شهرها است. كمربند سبز به عنوان يك سيستم اكولوژيكي متصل و پيوسته، از ارتباط بين شهر و طبيعت استفاده مي‌كند و براي حفظ زيستگاه‌هاي طبيعي، بهبود كيفيت هوا، كنترل سيلاب و پالايش مخاطرات ناشي از جوامع شهري كاربرد دارد.در اين مقاله، به بررسي اجمالي اهميت كمربند سبز براي حفاظت زيست محيطي و كاهش مخاطرات محيطي مي‌پردازيم. ابتدا به توضيح مفهوم كمربند سبز و اجزاي آن مي‌پردازيم. سپس، اثرات مثبت كمربند سبز بر حفظ زيستگاه‌هاي طبيعي و حفظ تنوع زيستي را بررسي مي‌كنيم.علاوه بر آن، اثرات كمربند سبز بر بهبود ،كنترل فضاي داخلي و حومه شهر ها، كيفيت هوا و كاهش آلودگي هواي شهري و نيز كنترل سيلاب را مورد بررسي قرار مي‌دهيم. با استفاده از رويكرد مناسب در طراحي و اجراي كمربند سبز، مي‌توان بهبود چشمگيري در كيفيت هوا و كاهش اثرات آلودگي هوا در نواحي شهري و خارج از شهر و نيز كنترل محيط زيست و توسعه اي پايدار در جهت محيط زيست و اقليم را تجربه كرد. كمربند سبز يك راهكار مدرن و كاملاً دوستدار محيط زيست و اقليمي و در عين حال پايدار مي باشد كه در صورت وجود مديريت مناسب و دقيق مي تواند ضامن اقليمي مناسب،محيط زيستي حفظ شده و توسعه اي پايدار براي نسل هاي بعدي باشد.

Iran is located in a dry and hot region in the Middle East, specifically in a warm and arid belt. Apart from the very important issue of water scarcity and climate change in Iran, air pollution and increasing temperatures in cities are of great importance. One of the solutions to address these issues, which is a useful, long-term, practical, and sustainable solution, is the establishment of green belts. This concept has been considered and studied in Iran for a long time, but unfortunately, it has not been put into action and has been neglected by officials. This article aims to describe and analyze green belts, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as their practical feasibility and utilization. The green belt is analyzed and discussed in a descriptive and analytical manner, and its feasibility is also examined. In rapidly growing and developing urban communities, environmental protection and mitigation of risks related to pollution and natural disasters have become major challenges. One of the innovative solutions in this regard is the creation of green belts within and around cities. Green belts, as connected and continuous ecological systems, utilize the link between the city and nature and have applications in preserving natural habitats, improving air quality, controlling floods, and mitigating risks arising from urban communities. In this article, we provide a general overview of the importance of green belts in environmental protection and risk reduction. We first explain the concept of green belts and their components. Then, we examine the positive effects of green belts on the preservation of natural habitats and biodiversity. Additionally, we investigate the impacts of green belts on improving and controlling the urban and peri-urban spaces, air quality, and reducing urban air pollution, as well as flood control. With proper design and implementation of green belts, significant improvements in air quality, reduction of air pollution effects in urban and non-urban areas, environmental control, and sustainable development towards the environment and climate can be achieved. Green belts are a modern and environmentally friendly solution that, with appropriate and precise management, can ensure a suitable climate, preserve the environment, and provide sustainable development for future generations.
