شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر مشاركت شهروندان ايلامي در حفظ و توسعه ي فضاي سبز شهري

Identifying factors affecting the participation of Elamite citizens in maintaining and developing urban green space

حفظ و احياي فضاي سبز شهري يكي از جنبه‌هاي مهم توسعه پايدار است و بدون درك واقعي زمينه‌هاي تحقق مشاركت استفاده‌كنندگان به دست نخواهد آمد. ازاين‌رو اين پژوهش به‌عنوان شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر مشاركت شهروندان ايلامي در حفظ و توسعه ي فضاي سبز شهري به انجام رسيد. اين تحقيق ازنظر هدف، كاربردي و ازنقطه‌نظر چگونگي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي - پيمايشي و از نوع تحقيقات ميداني بوده و ازنظر ماهيت داده‌ها، كمي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كليه ي شهروندان ساكن در شهر ايلام مي‌باشند كه تعداد آن‌ها 132 هزار نفر برآورد گرديد كه از اين تعداد بر اساس فرمول كوكران تعداد 385 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه و به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده كه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ آن معادل 6/77 درصد محاسبه گرديد. كليه عمليات آماري با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 25 انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه تأثير رضايتمندي، سطح ادراك، سطح تحصيلات، سطح احساس مالكيت و وضعيت اقتصادي شهروندان بر ميزان تمايل آنان به مشاركت در حفظ و توسعه ي فضاي سبز، مثبت و معني‌داري بوده است. اما هيچ‌گونه رابطه ي معني داري بين ميزان استفاده از فضاي سبز شهري توسط شهروندان و ميزان تمايل آنان به مشاركت در حفظ و توسعه ي فضاي سبز مشاهده نگرديد. همچنين مشخص گرديد كه بين ميانگين ميزان تمايل به مشاركت در حفظ و توسعه ي فضاي سبز شهري در بين افراد متأهل و مجرد و در بين زنان و مردان اختلاف معني‌داري وجود دارد و افراد متأهل نسبت به افراد مجرد و زنان نسبت به مردان تمايل بيشتري جهت مشاركت در حفظ و توسعه ي فضاي سبز شهري ايلام دارند. محاسبه رابطه رگرسيوني نيز نشان داد كه چهار متغير وضعيت اقتصادي، سطح تحصيلات، رضايتمندي از فضاي سبز شهري و ميزان احساس مالكيت افراد نسبت به فضاي سبز شهري در مجموع توانستند 3/54 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته را تبيين نمايند.

Preservation and revitalization of urban green space is one of the important aspects of sustainable development and it will not be achieved without a real understanding of the fields of realization of user participation. Therefore, this research was done to identify the factors affecting the participation of Elamite citizens in the preservation and development of urban green spaces. This research is practical in terms of purpose, and from the point of view of how to collect information, it is a descriptive-survey type of research and a type of field research, and it is quantitative in terms of the nature of the data. The statistical population of the research consists of all the citizens living in Ilam city, whose number was estimated to be 132 thousand people, of which 385 people were selected as the sample size based on Cochran s formula and by random sampling. The data collection tool included a researcher-made questionnaire, whose Cronbach s alpha coefficient was calculated as 77.6%. All statistical operations were performed using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that the effect of satisfaction, level of perception, level of education, level of sense of ownership and economic status of citizens on their willingness to participate in the preservation and development of green space was positive and significant. However, no significant relationship was observed between the amount of use of urban green space by citizens and their willingness to participate in the preservation and development of green space. It was also found that there is a significant difference between the average willingness to participate in the preservation and development of urban green spaces among married and single people and between women and men, and married people are more willing than single people and women are more willing to participate than men. They are involved in maintaining and developing urban green spaces in Ilam. The calculation of the regression relationship also showed that the four variables of economic status, education level, satisfaction with the urban green space and the sense of ownership of people towards the urban green space were able to explain 54.3% of the changes in the dependent variable.
