Many projects completed in stable and clear environments, but in communications network projects, someone cannot complete ideally them, especially in a fuzzy and uncertain environment, where data and information are inaccurate and suffer from ambiguity in terms of periods and costs. Therefore, making an appropriate decision in such data is a lot. From doubt and dispersion, it would be illogical to complete an integrated project according to the specifications required in such cases. This study aims to develop a scientific and practical approach to optimizing time and cost in telecommunication network projects with fuzzy data Achieving several goals, which is to reduce the project implementation time and with the least possible increase in costs through the application of artificial intelligence algorithms to obtain an integrated and successful project within the periods and planned costs and within the resources available to the project executing agency.
