تخمين مدل استخراجي موليبدن در استوك پورفيري معدن مس سرچشمه با استفاده از روش كريجينگ معمولي

Estimation of molybdenum extraction model in porphyry stock of Sarcheshmeh copper mine by using ordinary kriging method

معدن مس سرچشمه يكي از مهمترين معادن مس- موليبدن پورفيري در سطح جهان مي باشد. از مهمترين توده هاي نفوذي نيمه عميق در معدن مس سرچشمه مي توان به استوك سرچشمه پورفيري اشاره كرد. استوك سرچشمه پورفيري بزرگترين فاز نفوذي در معدن مس سرچشمه مي باشد. با توجه به اينكه اين استوك منشاً اصلي كاني سازي مس و موليبدن در معدن مس سرچشمه است لذا اين استوك بر اساس چال هاي استخزاجي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. در معدن مس سرچشمه علاوه بر فلز مس، كنسانتره موليبدن به عنوان يكي از محصولات جانبي توليد مي شود. بنابراين پايش وضعيت عنصر موليبدن در خاك ارسالي به كارخانه تغليظ مهم مي باشد. بلوك استخراجي موليبدن به منظور كنترل عيار موليبدن كانسنگ ارسالي به كارخانه لازم است. با توجه به اينكه عموماً نمونه هاي ارسالي به آزمايشگاه در قسمت هايي از استوك واقعند كه داراي عيار مس بالاتر از 0/25 درصد مي باشند.بنابر اين بلوك موليبدن در همان منطقه اقتصادي مس بدست مي آيد. به منظور تخمين بهتر مدل استخراجي موليبدن سعي شد از روش هاي پيشرفته زمين آماري مانند كريجنگ معمولي استفاده شود. تعداد نمونه هاي مورد تخمين در استوك سرچشمه پورفيري 2611در نظر گرفته شد. ميانگين عيار موليبدن در گمانه هاي استحراجي 0.033 و در بلوك تخميني برابر 0.0338 درصد برآورد شده است.

Sarcheshmeh copper mine is one of the most important copper-molybdenum porphyry mines in the world. One of the most important hypabyssal masses in Sarcheshemeh copper mine is Sarcheshemeh porphyry stock. Sarcheshmeh porphyry stock is the largest intrusive phase in Sarcheshme copper mine. Due to the fact that this stock is the main source of copper and molybdenum mineralization in Sarcheshme copper mine, this stock was investigated based on the information of mining pits. In addition to copper metal, molybdenum concentrate is produced as one of the by-products in Sarcheshme copper mine. Therefore, it is important to monitor the condition of molybdenum element in the ore sent daily to the concentration plant. The molybdenum extraction block is necessary to control the molybdenum grade of the ore sent to the plant. Considering that the samples sent to the laboratory are generally located in parts of the stock that have a copper grade higher than 0.25%, therefore molybdenum block is obtained in the same economic area as copper. In order to better estimate the molybdenum extraction model, it was tried to use advanced geostatistical estimation methods such as kriging. The estimated number of samples in Sarcheshemeh porphyry stock was considered 2611. The average grade of molybdenum in the blast drill holes of Sarcheshemeh porphyry stock was assessed as 0.0334% and in the estimated block as 0.0341%.
