محصولات جانبي معادن زغال‌سنگ و كاربردهاي زيست‌سازگار آنها در راستاي اهداف توسعه پايدار معدني

By-products of coal mines and their biocompatible applications in line with the goals of sustainable development of mining

يكي از مهم‌ترين مسائل در توسعه پايدار معدني، توليد محصولات زيست‌سازگاري است كه داراي سود اقتصادي نيز باشند. در سال‌هاي اخير، به دليل محدوديت‌هاي قانوني حاصل از تعهدنامه‌هاي بين‌المللي مرتبط با اهداف توسعه پايدار، فعاليت معادن زغال‌سنگ در مقياس جهاني رو به كاهش نهاده است. از سوي ديگر، نياز صنايع سنگين به مواد اوليه حاصل از معادن زغال‌سنگ، موجب شده است كه كارشناسان رهيافت‌هاي نويني ارائه دهند. استفاده غيرمستقيم از زغال‌سنگ و بكارگيري محصولات جانبي آن در ساير صنايع راهبردي، از جمله موارد مهمي است كه تاكنون مورد توجه پژوهشگران نبوده است. گسترش استفاده روزافزون از محصولات جانبي زغال‌سنگ، باعث شده است كه بتوان شاهد توسعه صنعت زغال‌سنگ در طول سال‌هاي اخير بود. در اين پژوهش، محصولات جانبي معادن زغال‌سنگ و كاربردهاي وسيع آنها در واحدهاي صنعتي مختلف معرفي شده و به محصولات زيست‌سازگار حاصل از اين ماده معدني اشاره مي‌شود. توليد متان، كودهاي بر پايه زغال‌سنگ، فيلترهاي زيستي، قطران و سوخت هواپيما، از جمله مهم‌ترين كاربردهاي زغال‌سنگ هستند. همچنين مي‌توان به توليد سوخت مايع، استخراج فلزات، توليد سيليكون و كربن فعال اشاره نمود.

One of the most important issues in sustainable mineral development is the production of biocompatibility products that also have economic benefits. In recent years, global coal mining activity has been declining on a global scale due to legal constraints arising from international commitments related to the Sustainable Development Goals. On the other hand, the need of heavy industry for raw materials from coal mines has led experts to offer new approaches. The indirect use of coal and the use of its by-products in other strategic industries are among the important issues that have not been considered by researchers so far. The growing use of coal by-products has led to the development of the coal industry in recent years. In this research, by-products of coal mines and their wide applications in various industrial units are introduced and biocompatible products obtained from this mineral are mentioned. Methane production, coal-based fertilizers, biofilters, tar and jet fuel are among the most important uses of coal. We can also mention the production of liquid fuels, metal extraction, production of silicon and activated carbon.
