افزايش جمعيت در شهرهاي بزرگ كشور و گسترش بي‌رويه شهرها بدون برنامه‌ريزي صحيح، چيدمان اتفاقي مراكز توليد و جذب سفر و عدم وجود فن‌آوري ارتباطي جايگزين، سبب ايجاد سفرهاي شهرزياد به‌ويژه با وسايل نقليه شخصي شده است. حركت، عامل اصلي پويايي زندگي شهري و تداوم‌بخش كليه فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي در سطح شهرها است. همچنين، نقل و نقل و زيرساخت‌هاي مرتبط با آن‌هم به‌صورت مستقيم و هم باواسطه بر توسعه كالبدي شهرها اثرگذار هستند. در صورت ساماندهي شبكه دسترسي به‌عنوان شاهراه‌هاي حياتي شهر،بافت شهري قادر به اد امه حيات خود بوده و امكان رشد و توسعه هرچه بيشتر شهر را فراهم مي‌كند. بي‌شك يكي از مهم‌ترين معضلات رشد شهرها ، ناكارآمدي شبكه ارتباطي است. معابر كم‌عرض، درهم‌تنيده، غير هندسي و ناهماهنگ با نيازهاي دسترسي، افزون بر اينكه آمدوشد و دسترسي به بافت را براي ساكنان دشوار مي‌سازد، تأمين خدمات و تأسيسات شهري را نيز با دشواري روبه‌رو مي‌كند.

Equipping current parking lots with smart systems, which can enable more efficient use of parking space and allow drivers to quickly find a parking space, as well as make it easier to pay for parking. In the intelligent parking system, available spaces and parking reservations are provided to people. Also, in this system, using wireless networks can help in the process of informing people. In this research, solutions for accessing the best and safest space for parking, as well as solutions for speeding up and facilitating the work process of parking staff are provided.
