هدف از عارضه يابي، تشخيص مشكلات موجود در سازمان و ارائه راهكارهاي مناسب و عملي براي رفع آنها و بهبود بهره وري در سازمان ميباشد. هر زمان كه يك سازمان با مشكلاتي نظير: ضعف در عملكرد برخي بخش ها، واحدها يا بلوك هاي ارتباطي،ضعف در عملكرد كلي سازمان، شكست هاي مكرر سيستم مديريتي يا يك فرآيند سازماني، نقض مكرر يك هنجار سازماني،كاهش رعايت نظم، افت كيفيت خروجي ها، افزايش غيبت از كار، افزايش درگيري بين بخش ها، و غيره مواجه شود، نياز به عارضه يابي سازماني براي بخشي از سازمان يا كل آن ضرورت مييابد . در واقع عارضه يابي سازماني روشي مؤثر در بررسي سازمان براي تعيين شكاف بين عملكرد فعلي و مطلوب و چگونگي دستيابي به اهداف است. يكي از عوامل مهم جهت تحولات سازنده جمع آوري اطلاعات، شناخت مسائل و مشكلات سازمان است تا بتوان مشكلات پيشروي سازمان و تعيين علت آنها را مشخص كرد تا مديريت سازمان بتواند راه حل هاي مؤثري را برنامه ريزي كند. هدف در اين تحقيق شناسايي عارضه هاي كنوني سيستم مديريت پروژه در شركت لاوان تابلو و اولويت بندي آنها مي باشد. نتايج نشان داد كه بهبود تهيه گزارش هاي كنترل زمانبندي براي ارزيابي پيشرفت واقعي پروژه با برنامه و بهبود ارتباط در سطوح مختلف و استفاده از نرم افزار در اولويت رسيدگي جهت افزايش بهره وري شركت قرار دارند.

The purpose of troubleshooting is to identify the problems in the organization and provide suitable and practical solutions to solve them and improve the productivity of the organization. Whenever an organization with problems such as: weakness in the performance of some departments, units or communication blocks, weakness in the overall performance of the organization, repeated failures of the management system or an organizational process, repeated violation of an organizational norm, decrease in compliance with order, drop in the quality of outputs, increase Absence from work, increase in conflict between departments, etc., the need to diagnose organizational complications for a part of the organization or the whole organization becomes necessary. In fact, organizational problem solving is an effective method in examining the organization to determine the gap between the current and desired performance and how to achieve the goals. One of the important factors for constructive developments is gathering information, understanding the issues and problems of the organization in order to determine the problems of the organization s progress and determine their causes so that the management of the organization can plan effective solutions. The purpose of this research is to identify the current complications of the project management system in Lavan Tablo company and prioritize them. The results showed that improving the preparation of scheduling control reports to evaluate the real progress of the project with the program and improving communication at different levels and using the software are the priority to increase the productivity of the company.
