تعامل انسان و اطلاعات در دنياي امروز بسيار مهم است. اطلاعات به يكي از نيازهاي ضروري انسان‌ها تبديل شده‌اند. در طراحي رابط كاربري (UI)، اصول مختلفي وجود دارند كه بايد به آن‌ها توجه كنيم. در اين مقاله، به بررسي اصول طراحي رابط كاربري بر اساس مدل نورمن و نظر ساير متخصصان در معيارهاي ارزيابي يك رابط كاربري كاربرپسند اشاره كرده‌ايم. همچنين، با استفاده از روش‌هاي كمي و تهيه سياهه‌وارسي از اصول موردنياز براي طراحي رابط كاربري، به مقايسة رابط‌هاي جديدترين ابزارهاي هوش مصنوعي، شامل Chat GPT و Gemini پرداخته‌ايم. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه در مقايسه اصول طراحي رابط كاربري، وضوح، شفافيت، قابليت دسترسي و شخصي‌سازي نقش مهمي در طراحي رابط‌هاي كاربري ايفا مي‌كنند. همچنين، با بررسي چت‌باكس دو ابزار نوظهور، Chat GPT و Gemini، قابليت‌ها و چگونگي طراحي رابط‌هاي كاربري اين دو ابزار و اهداف آن‌ها در به‌كارگيري اين سياست‌ها را مورد بررسي قرار داده‌ايم.

Human and information interaction is very important in today s world. Information has become one of the essential needs of humans. In user interface (UI) design, there are different principles that we should pay attention to. In this article, we have mentioned the review of user interface design principles based on the Norman model and the opinion of other experts in the evaluation criteria of a user-friendly user interface. Also, by using quantitative methods and preparing a list of principles needed for user interface design, we have compared the interfaces of the latest artificial intelligence tools, including Chat GPT and Gemini. The results show that comparing user interface design principles, clarity, transparency, accessibility and personalization play an important role in user interface design. Also, by examining the chat box of two emerging tools, Chat GPT and Gemini, we have examined the capabilities and how to design the user interfaces of these two tools and their goals in applying these policies.
