Revisiting the Requirements of Skill Acquisition in the Structure of Higher Education with a Futuristic Approach: A Glimpse into the Alpha Generation.

چالش‌ها و تغييرات مستمر ناشي از ظهور فناوري در فضاي رقابتي امروز منجر شده تا نگراني و دغدغه‌هاي فزاينده‌اي در ارتباط با آموزش عالي ايجاد گردد. اين امر ضرورت انديشه در خصوص بازآرايي الزامات مهارت‌آموزي در ساختار آموزش عالي با رويكرد آينده‌پژوهي: دورنمايي به نسل آلفا را برجسته مي‌سازد. بر اين اساس، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسايي، تحليل ساختاري پيشران‌هاي مؤثر و تدوين سناريو است. اين پژوهش، از نوع كاربردي بود. علاوه بر مصاحبه با متخصصان، مطالعه منابع علمي معتبر ازجمله سند تحول راهبردي علم و فناوري در حوزه آموزش عالي، سند آمايش آموزش عالي، نقشه جامع علمي كشور، برنامه هفتم توسعه در فرايند شناسايي مؤلفه‌ها مورد بهره‌برداري قرار گرفت. به منظور شناسايي نيروهاي پيشران مؤثر محتمل بر آينده مهارت‌آموزي در ايران از منظر توجه به نسل آلفا در امر آموزش، جلسات به صورت تلفني با خبرگان برگزار شد. پس از تحليل مصاحبه‌ها، درمجموع 163 پيشران در چهار حوزه مورد شناسايي قرار گرفت كه پس از تعديل، تجميع و اعمال نظرات فهرستي شامل 20 عامل تنظيم شد. سپس پرسشنامه دلفي فازي جهت ايجاد اتفاق‌نظر نهايي تهيه و براي خبرگان ارسال گرديد، اجراي دلفي فازي به انتخاب 18 پيشران اصلي منتج شده و براي شناسايي پيشران‌هاي استراتژيك در اختيار خبرگان قرار گرفت و نهايتاً 9 پيشران ﮐليدي انتخاب و براي تدوين سناريو مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصله بيانگر 4 سناريوي مدينه فاضله، ادامه روند فعلي، ادامه روند فعلي همراه با خوش‌بيني و وضعيت بحراني معرفي گرديد.

Challenges and ongoing changes resulting from the integrating technology in today s competitive landscape have raised concerns about higher education. Reinterpreting skill-training requirements within higher education through a future research approach offers insights into Generation Alpha. Therefore, the current research aims to identify and structurally analyze effective propulsions and develop a framework for scenario planning. The nature of this study was practical. In addition to interviewing experts, studying reputable scientific sources such as the Strategic Document of Science and Technology Transformation in Higher Education, the Higher Education Development Plan, the National Scientific Map, and the Seventh Development Plan has been used to identify the components. Survey interviews were conducted by phone to evaluate the potential effective propulsion of skill-training methods in meeting the educational needs of Generation Alpha. After analyzing the interviews, 163 propulsions were identified in four areas. Following modification, aggregation, and application of opinions, a list of 20 factors was organized. A Delphi questionnaire was developed to reach a final consensus and sent to the experts. The execution of the Delphi phase resulted in the selection of 18 key propulsions, whose identification was provided to the reporters for the recognition of strategic propulsion. Ultimately, nine key propulsions were chosen and utilized for scenario development. The study yielded four scenarios: the Madīnah Fāḍilah model, continuation of the current trend, continuation of the current trend with optimism, and a critical scenario.
