The Concept and Function of Art Higher Education Systems in Realizing and Advancing the Goals of Sustainable Development

ظرفيت‌ها و قابليت‌هاي نظام آموزش عالي هنر با توجه به اشتغال‌زايي و كارآفريني در ايران كه از زمينه‌هاي گسترده فرهنگي و هنري برخوردار است، بر كسي پوشيده نيست. بهره‌گيري درست از قابليت‌هاي اين نظام با توجه به مهم‌ترين محورهاي مورد نظر در نظام آموزش عالي هنر ازجمله جذب و پذيرش برترين استعدادهاي جوان، آگاه و باانگيزه رشد و تعالي فرهنگي و علمي كشور و تقويت و به‌روزرساني وضعيت آموزش و پژوهش در محيط‌هاي علمي- دانشگاهي و ايجاد ارتباط با جامعه و صنعت و ايجاد بازارهاي پژوهش محور و روزآمد متناسب با نيازهاي فرهنگي جامعه مي‌تواند زمينه‌ساز تحقق اهداف توسعه پايدار باشد. ازآنجايي‌كه اهداف توسعه پايدار مي‌تواند نقش به سزايي در بهبود وضعيت معيشت و برآورده شدن نيازهاي اساسي بشري ايفا نمايد، پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد تأثير بنيادين مفهوم و كاركرد نظام‌هاي آموزش عالي هنر بر تحقق اهداف توسعه پايدار را، از طريق كارآفريني و اشتغال‌زايي ضمن توجه به خصائص اخلاقي هنر، مورد بررسي قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر ضمن توجه به ارتباط آراي آمارتيا سِنْ با اهداف توسعه پايدار كه به وجه و نقش انسان به عنوان هدف توسعه مي‌نگرد و توسعه اقتصادي را بدون در نظر گرفتن قابليت‌ها و رويكردهاي انساني امكان‌پذير نمي‌داند، هنر و فرهنگ را از زيربناهاي توسعه پايدار به شمار مي‌آورد. در اين پژوهش از روش دلفي كلاسيك براي تبيين چيستي اين مفهوم و پاسخ به اين پرسش كه «نظام‌هاي آموزش عالي هنر با تكيه بر كارآفريني و اشتغال‌زايي چه تأثيري بر تحقق اهداف توسعه پايدار خواهند داشت؟» استفاده شده است.

The capacities and capabilities of the art higher education system regarding job creation and entrepreneurship in Iran, which has wide cultural and artistic fields, are not hidden from anyone. Proper utilization of this system s capabilities in key areas of higher art education, such as attracting and accepting talented young individuals for cultural and scientific advancement, enhancing education and research standards in academic settings, fostering connections with society and industry, and developing research-driven markets to meet societal needs, can pave the way for achieving sustainable development objectives. Since the goals of sustainable development can play a significant role in improving the living conditions and meeting basic human needs, the present research tries to determine the fundamental effect of the concept and function of higher education systems of art on the realization of the goals of sustainable development, through the work of Creation and job creation while paying attention to the moral characteristics of art. When considering Amartya Sen s views in relation to sustainable development goals, which prioritize human well-being and view economic progress as intertwined with human abilities, creativity, and cultural aspects, it highlights the essential role of art and culture as foundational elements of sustainable development. In this research, the classic Delphi method has been used to explain what this concept is and to answer the question, How will art higher education systems relying on entrepreneurship and job creation affect the realization of sustainable development goals?
