Wastewater treatment with photocatalysts has been one of most attractive methods among the researchers. The Flower-Like BiOX Nanophotocatalysts has been Synthesis by Solvothermal method in order to photocatalytic degradation of ciprofloxacin-HCL under the irradiation of simulated sunlight. X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and 3D texture analyses performed to evaluate crystalline and structural properties of the synthesized photocatalysts. BiOCl has shown the best degradation efficiency (85.1%). The high activity of the flower like BiOCl nanophotocatalyst could be concluded from its suitable bandgap and high solar light harvesting, which lead to the increase of electron-hole pairs production.
