چكيده فارسي :
اخيراً با توسعه صنعت 4.0 ، نفت و گاز 4.0 نيز در دستور كار قرار گرفته است. برخي از شركت‌ها و كارشناسان معتقدند كه نفت و گاز 4.0 مي‌تواند وضعيت موجود صنعت نفت و گاز را به‌طور كامل تغيير دهد زيرا ديجيتالي شدن و هوشمند سازي صنعت نفت و گاز را متحول مي‌كند. ديجيتالي شدن مي‌تواند به ميزان قابل‌توجهي بهره‌وري را افزايش دهد، در زمان صرفه‌جويي كند و سيستم را ايمن‌تر كند. علاوه بر اين، اين تحقيق سناريوهاي كاربردي معمول زنجيره صنعت نفت و گاز (بالادست، ميان دست و پايين‌دست) را از طريق مثال‌هايي مانند ميدان نفتي هوشمند، خط لوله هوشمند و پالايشگاه هوشمند تحليل مي‌كند. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه ماهيت نفت و گاز 4.0، يك سيستم مبتني بر داده و ديجيتالي شدن بالا است. همچنين در اين تحقيق فرصت‌ها و مشكلاتي كه ممكن است در آينده در عصر نفت و گاز 4.0 ايجاد گردد، تحليل مي‌شود. درنهايت، توصيه‌هاي مربوط به راهبرد ديجيتالي شدن در صنعت نفت پيشنهاد شده است. پژوهشگاه صنعت نفت در زمينههاي تحول ديجيتال در صنعت نفت پيشگام بوده و پروژه‌هاي متعددي را نظير بهينه‌سازي هم‌زمان فرايند (RTO )، سيستم نشت‌يابي هوشمند، سنسور مجازي و چاه هوشمند انجام داده است.
چكيده لاتين :
Recently, with the development of Industry 4.0, Oil and Gas 4.0 is also on the agenda. Some companies and experts believe that oil and gas 4.0 can completely change the current state of the oil and gas industry because it will revolutionize the digitalization and intelligentization of the oil and gas industry. Digitization can significantly increase productivity, save time and make the system safer. In addition, this research analyzes typical application scenarios of the oil and gas industry chain (upstream, midstream, and downstream) through examples such as smart oilfield, smart pipeline, and smart refinery. The results show that the nature of oil and gas 4.0 is a system based on data and high digitalization. Also, in this research, the opportunities and problems that may arise in the future in the age of oil and gas 4.0 are analyzed. Finally, the recommendations related to the digitalization strategy in the oil industry are proposed. The Oil Industry Research Institute has been a pioneer in the fields of digital transformation in the oil industry and has carried out several projects such as simultaneous process optimization (RTO), smart leak detection system, virtual sensor and smart well.
