رويكردهاي كلان سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران بر مبناي نظريه سازه انگاري

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر شناسايي رويكردهاي كلان سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران به عنوان يك بازيگر قدرتمند منطقه‌‌اي و بين‌‌المللي است. كشورها در پرتو رويكردهاي سياست خارجي خود به دنبال برقراري ارتباط با ديگر بازيگران براي دست‌‌يابي به اهداف و مطلوبيت‌‌هاي موردنظر خود هستند. براي اين منظور استفاده از همه ابزارهاي موجود اعم از سياسي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي و نظامي را در دستور كار قرار مي‌‌دهند. بازيگران در حوزه سياست خارجي رويكردهاي مختلفي را دنبال مي‌‌كنند. اين رويكردها بسته به شرايط محيط داخلي و خارجي و همچنين ميزان ظرفيت و توان دست‌‌يابي به اهداف نظام سياسي متفاوت هستند. بر اين اساس سياست خارجي كشورها در دوره‌‌هاي مختلف بسته به شرايط پيش گفته تغيير مي‌‌كند. پژوهش حاضر با اتكا به روش تحليلي و تبييني به دنبال پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه رويكردهاي كلان سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران چيست؟ يافته‌‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌‌دهد كه موقعيت ويژه ژئوپليتيك و استراتژيك ايران در سطح بين‌‌المللي و همچنين ويژگي‌‌هاي تاريخي، فرهنگي، سياسي و انقلابي اين كشور كه بر آمده از آموزه‌‌هاي اسلام است ويژگي‌‌هاي خاصي را به رويكرد سياست خارجي ايران داده است. بر اين اساس سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در چهار رويكرد هويت محوري، منطقه‌‌گرايي، مقاومت محوري و چندجانبه‌‌گرايي سامان يافته است.

The main goal of the current research is to identify the foreign policy approaches of the Islamic Republic of Iran as a powerful regional and international player. In the light of their foreign policy approaches, countries seek to communicate with other actors to achieve their desired goals and interests. For this purpose, the use of all available tools including political, economic, cultural and military are put on the agenda. Actors in the field of foreign policy follow different approaches. These approaches are different depending on the conditions of the internal and external environment as well as the capacity and ability to achieve the goals of the political system. Based on this, the foreign policy of countries changes in different periods depending on the aforementioned conditions. The current research, relying on the analytical and explanatory method, seeks to answer the question, what are the major foreign policy approaches of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The findings of the research show that the special geopolitical and strategic position of Iran at the international level, as well as the historical, cultural, political and revolutionary features of this country, which are derived from the teachings of Islam, give special features to the approach. Iran s foreign policy has given. Based on this, the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran is organized in four approaches: identity-oriented, regionalism, resistance-oriented and multilateralism.
