عوامل تأثيرگذار بر روابط خارجي ايران و آلمان با تأكيد بر نفوذ لابي يهود

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي علل شكل‌گيري بحران در روابط اقتصادي و سياسي دو كشور ايران و آلمان، همچنين انگيزه كشورهاي غربي به‌خصوص آلمان براي مقابله و افزايش فشار جهت تغيير رفتار ايران بوده و پژوهش به دنبال كشف زمينه و دلايل آن جهت شناسايي و اقدام مؤثر متقابل است. سؤال اصلي پژوهش، نقش لابي يهود بر رفتار سياست خارجي آلمان در قبال ايران چيست؟ است. اهميت پژوهش بدين جهت است كه در طول تاريخ، ايران و آلمان به‌عنوان دو شريك تجاري بزرگ، مناسبات سياسي و اقتصادي گسترده‌اي داشته‌اند كه با تحولات انقلابي و تغيير در سياست خارجي ايران، روابط دو كشور با چالش‌هايي روبرو گرديد. باتوجه‌به قدرت اقتصادي و نفوذ آلمان در اتحاديه اروپا و سازمان‌هاي جهاني؛ همچنين تلاش در راستاي حفظ صلح و امنيت بين‌المللي و منطقه‌اي، مبارزه با تروريسم، برقراري ثبات و توسعه، و نقش فعال در روند مذاكرات هسته‌اي ايران؛ آلمان در روابط و سياست خارجي ايران جايگاه به سزايي دارد. بدين منظور با بهره‌گيري از چارچوب نظري جيمز روزنا و استفاده از روش توصيفي تحليلي به دنبال كشف زمينه و دلايل چالش‌هاي ارتباط دو كشور جهت اقدام مؤثر متقابل هستيم. بر اساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش روند مناسبات ايران و آلمان تحت‌تأثير لابي يهود دچار اختلال شده و شايسته است تا به بررسي نقش دقيق اين لابي براي آشكارسازي معادلات دو كشور پرداخته شود. همچنين نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه لابي يهود با تمركز بر بزرگ‌نمايي برنامه هسته‌اي ايران در تلاش است تا رابطه اقتصادي و سياسي دو كشور را در پائين‌ترين سطح نگه دارد.

The current research has been conducted to investigate the causes of the crisis in economic and political relations between Iran and Germany, as well as the motivation of Western countries, especially Germany, to confront and increase pressure to change Iran s behavior, and this research seeks to discover this issue. Background and its reasons for identifying and adopting effective countermeasures. The main research question is the role of the Jewish lobby in the conduct of Germany s foreign policy towards Iran. The importance of the research is that throughout history, Iran and Germany, as two major trading partners, have had extensive political and economic relations, and with the revolutionary developments and changes in Iran s foreign policy, the relations between the two countries have faced challenges. Considering Germany s power and economic influence in the European Union and international organizations; Also, trying to maintain international and regional peace and security, fighting terrorism, creating stability and development, and playing an active role in the process of Iran s nuclear negotiations. Germany has a significant position in Iran s foreign policy and relations. For this purpose, using James Rosena s theoretical framework and descriptive-analytical method, we seek to discover the background and reasons for the communication challenges of the two countries to take effective countermeasures. Based on the findings of the research, the process of relations between Iran and Germany has been disrupted under the influence of the Jewish lobby, and it is appropriate to reveal the equations of the two countries by carefully examining the role of this lobby. Also, the results show that the Jewish lobby is trying to keep the economic and political relations between the two countries at the lowest level by focusing on the expansion of Iran s nuclear program.
