Critique of the concept of self-efficacy in Albert Bandura s cognetive- social learning theory based on human agency

يكي از سازه‌هاي روان‌شناختي مهم كه كاربرد بسيار فراگير و گسترده در حوزه مشاوره مدرسه، شغلي و روان‌شناسي صنعتي و سازماني دارد، خودكارآمدي است. اما اين سازه، كاستي‌هايي در حوزه‌هاي چيستي‌شناسي و تعريف مفهومي، معاني دلالت يافته نظري و دلالت‌هاي عملي و كاربستي دارد كه زمينه بررسي انتقادي آن را تبيين مي‌نمايد. فلذا، هدف پژوهش حاضر، نقد مفهوم خودكارآمدي در نظريه يادگيري اجتماعي بندورا مبتني بر رويكرد عامليت انساني است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، بنسيادي، از نظر رويكردِ پژوهشي، كيفي و از نظر نوع و ماهيت پژوهش، توصيفي از نوع تحليلي- استنباطي است. روش گردآوري اطلاعات، مطالعه كتابخانه‌اي و ابزار پژوهش، فيش‌برداري بود. مواد و محتواي تحقيق، منابع دست اول و دست دوم مرتبط با ديدگاه نظريه‌پرداز در زمينه خودكارآمدي بود. محقق براي تحليل داده‌هاي به دست آمده، از روش نقد مبتني بر رويكرد تحليلي از نوع خوانش ديدگاه نظريه‌پرداز استفاده كرد. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه با شاخص قرار دادن رويكرد عامليت انساني، خودكارآمدي، هم دچار نابسندگي معنايي و مفهومي و هم ناسازواري در مباني نظري و پژوهشي است. از اين رو، محقق سازه كارآمدي روان‌شناختي را به عنوان مفهومي جامع‌تر و منطبق با رويكرد عامليت انساني، پيشنهاد داده است.

Self-efficacy is one of the important psychological constructs that is widely used in the field of school and career counselling and industrial and organizational psychology. However, this structure has shortcomings in the fields of epistemology and conceptual definition, theoretically implied meanings, and practical and applied implications, which explains the context of its critical review. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to criticize the concept of self-efficacy in Bandura s social learning theory based on human agency. The current research is fundamental in terms of its purpose, qualitative in terms of its research approach, and descriptive of analytical-inferential type in terms of the type and nature of the research. The method of collecting information was library study and the research tool was surveying. The materials and content of the research were first-hand and second-hand sources related to the theorist s point of view in the field of self-efficacy. To analyze the obtained data, the researcher used the criticism method based on the analytical approach of reading the theorist s point of view. The findings showed that by putting the human agency approach as an index, self-efficacy has both semantic and conceptual inadequacy and inconsistency in theoretical and research bases. Therefore, the researcher has proposed the structure of psychological efficiency as a more comprehensive concept and in accordance with the approach of human agency.
