هر كارخانه اي محصول نهايي را از نظر استاندارد و با كيفيت بودن كنترل مي نمايد. كيفيت اختلاف بين مقدار يا هدف مورد نظر با چيزي است كه بدست مي آيد. براي رسيدن به يك محصول با كيفيت، نيازمند كنترل فرايندها و استانداردسازي آنها هستيم. امروزه توجه بين المللي به مقوله كيفيت گسترش يافته و باعث بوجود آمدن واحدهاي ايزو مستندسازي و ايزو كيفيت در واحدهاي توليدي و آزمايشگاهي شده است. با اين حال با گرفتن ايزو، كيفيت پايان نمي يابد. در مرحله بعد تضمين كيفيت، بهبود دائم و سنجش مداوم آن ضروري است. از اين رو هدف از تحقيق حاضر بررسي نظام نامه سيستم مديريت كيفيت در شركت بين‌المللي آزمايشگاهي تحقيقاتي آموزشي و توليدي دكتر كامكار مي باشد. براي اين منظور، چارت كيفيت، سازماني و مسئوليت هر يك از واحدها تشريح و موارد تشكيل دهنده نظام نامه نيز توضيح داده شدند.

Every factory controls the final product in terms of standard and quality. Quality is the difference between the desired value or goal and what is achieved. To achieve a quality product, we need to control processes and standardize them. Nowadays, international attention has been extended to the category of quality and has led to the creation of ISO documentation and ISO quality units in production and laboratory units. However, quality does not end with obtaining ISO. In the next stage, quality assurance, continuous improvement and continuous measurement is necessary. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the quality management system in Dr. Kamkar s international research, educational and production laboratory company. For this purpose, the quality, organizational and responsibility chart of each unit was explained and the items constituting the system were also described
