Dye removal ability of modified nanofiber with triethylenetetramine

In this paper, surface of poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) nanofiber was modified by triethylenetetramine (TETA). Dye removal ability of PVA/TETA from wastewater was studied. Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to investigate the characteristics of the modified nanofiber. Reactive Red 180 (RR180) was used. The effect of operational parameters such as pH, initial dye concentration contact time and adsorbent dosage on dye removal was studied
