RBF APPROXIMATION FOR THE EIGENVALUES OF THE STOKES EQUATIONS

In this paper, a meshless method based on radial basis functions is developed to approximate the eigenvalues of the Stokes equations in a square domain. To show the efficiency of the method, some comparisons are made with finite element methods. A short discussion on shape parameter is presented.
