    This study deals with preparation of nano aluminum oxide urethane acrylate nanocomposite and investigating the mechanical and thermal properties of their thin films. For this purpose, UV-curable urethane acrylate was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and 1,6 hexanediol as difunctional alcohols, hydroxylethyl methacrylate (HEMA) in the presence of acetone as solvent and dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDL) as catalyst. The nanocomposite formulated by prepared urethane oligomer, trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) as reactive diluents, photo initiator and 1, 3 and 5% w/w nano Al2O3 in total weight. Thermal behaviors of cured films were evaluated. ,
