بررسي تاثير تكنولوژي هاي نو در ساخت ساختمان هاي مسكوني هوشمند ويژه سالمندان در ايجاد حس تعلق به محيط

علم و تكنولوژی با بكارگیری مواد و مصالح استاندارد پیشرفت های حیرت انگیزی در زمینه های مختلف نموده است . هوشمند سازى و بطور خاص استفاده از مواد و مصالح هوشمند كه نسبت به مسایل محیطى واكنش نشان مى دهند موجب صرفه جویى، تسهیل در تعمیر و نگهداری بناها ، عمر مفید بیشتر ساختمانها، طراحى سازه هایى با امنیت بیشتر و ایجاد آسایش و اطمینان براى ساكنان ساختمانها و طراحى های خلاقانه تر معماری می شود. هدف این مقاله بررسی تاثیر تكنولوژی های نو در ساخت ساختمان های مسكونی هوشمند ویژه سالمندان در ایجاد فضایی كه حس تعلق به محیط ایجاد كند می باشد. به این منظور دستیابی به اطلاعاتی در مورد چگونگی بهره گیری تكنولوژی و مدیریت انرژی، بررسی نقش هوشمندی ساختمان ها بر ایجاد محیط آسایش انسانی، شناخت ظرفیت های موجود در معماری هوشمند برای پاسخگویی به نیازها ضروری می باشد. سالمندی مرحله حساسی از زندگی می باشد و توجه به نیازهای خاص این دوران، توجه به كیفیت زندگی و فعالیت های جسمی در سالمندان امر ضروری می باشد. یكی از نكات مهم در محیط، حس تعلق به مكان می باشد این حس باعث تبدیل یك فضا به مكانی با ویژگی های رفتاری برای افراد می شود . توجه به محیط و ماهیت محیط فضایی و شناخت عوامل درونی و بیرونی محیط و تكنولوژی می تواند در تقویت حس تعلق و ایجاد محیط امن و راحت برای سالمندان تاثیر گذار باشد. روش تحقیق توصیفی و تحلیلی و روش گرد آوری اطلاعات كتابخانه ای به منظور دستیابی به استانداردها می باشد. در نهایت با افزایش شمار سالمندان، باید آگاهی معماران در لزوم طراحی فضای مناسب، در جهت هوشمند سازی ساختمان برای بالا بردن رفاه، آسایش و امنیت سالمندان افزایش یابد.

Using standard materials and means, science and technology have had amazing progress in different fields. Developing intelligent units, or in more explicit words, using intelligent materials that are capable to react to environment actions, will save the costs, facilitate repair and maintenance of buildings, lengthen lifespan for buildings, develop the designing higher-security structures, create higher level of easiness and confidence for residents, and will develop more creative architecture. The aim of this article is studying the intelligent residential buildings for the elderly for creation of the sense of belongingness to environment. For accessing the information related to taking benefit from energy management and technology and for studying the role of the intelligent building in creating environment for man, it is necessary to realize the existing capacities of intelligent architecture for meeting the needs. Old age is a sensitive stage of life and considering the special needs of this stage and focusing on the quality of life and on physical activities are highly critical and necessary. One of the important relevant points is creation of the sense of belongingness to the place. This sense changes the place to the place having behavioural features. Considering and paying attention to the surrounding and nature of spatial place and cognition of internal and external factors of environment and technology may strengthen the sense of belongingness and create secure and convenient environment to the elderly. The method of studying was descriptive and analytical and the method of gathering information was using library for getting access to the standards. The conclusion is that through informing the architects the necessity of designing suitable space toward making buildings intelligent and by so doing promote the level of welfare, convenience, and security of the elderly.
