Designing a Condition Monitoring Program for Slurry Pumps Using RMS of Vibration Measurements

The purpose of this paper is designing a flexible program with the least complexity, fastest record and display time and the ability to adjust with any reference standard needed. The program will use RMS4 of pump‟s case vibration, which is measured in a periodic pattern as entry and will result in 4 main parts including rate of change of vibration RMS of measuring points separately and all together as in function, bar and waterfall graphs, all with respect to default standards. Due to flexibility of program, an operator can add any kind of required statistical analysis to program.
