نقش سازگار كننده و ميزان نانو رس بر مقاومت سايشي نانو كامپوزيت بر پايه آليلژ لاستيك طبيعي/ لاستيك استايرن بوتادين/ دوده

In this research Prepared rubber nano composite cured compounds based NR/SBR with 70/30 ratio by use of 25 phr carbon black and 4,7 wt% of modified nano clay in an internal mixer by melt mixing method. Used EPDM rubber grafted Maleic anhydride as compatibilizer for greater effectiveness of nano clay on the properties of nano composite that mentioned above. in order to comparison prepared some samples based rubber compound listed above, as contained 35 and 50 phr carbon black. Abrasion measurement test used for determine the abrasion rate of all samples. Furthermore other sample`s properties investigated, like hardness and tensile strength. Result shown that abrasion rate decreased by the increase of nano clay content from 4 to 7 percent and also abrasion resistance of compounds improved by the increase of compatibilizer content.
