Abstract :
In this study; Educational institutions on the basis of the Ottoman Primary school, which is dealt with as the first and main theme of this educational institution was emphasized teachers and students with skills needed to have the relationship during educational activities of the Ottoman Empire. In the study, Ali bin Hussein who was from Amasya, one of the most valuable resources in the basic education structure of the Ottoman classical period Tarîku l- Adab his work has been recognized as a global template. In addition, the proposals contained in this pedagogical work, some educational content in comparison to the period of the works, was asked for an evaluation of basic education philosophy of classical Ottoman period. The explanation of the subject while before discussed the qualifications of teachers and students in teacher-student relations and later was transferred. In this context primarily Tarîku l- Adab also expressed the principles contained and then these proposals were compared with the similarities or differences in the work of educators who are İbn Sahnun, Kabisî, İmam Burhaneddin Ez- Zernûcî as that period are in vogue. As a result; Tarîku l-Edep was penned earlier Promotion Period of the Ottoman that case, it was understood that the required teacher-student profile in the primary school and includes valuable information in terms of basic training for the pedagogical relationship in detail as stated should be among them
