Abstract
Teacher guide books which were seen as the ready instruction sets guide teacher in planning, performing, and testing and evaluating the lesson. This study aims to analyze the views in various variables that the primary school teachers used the teacher guide books in 2012- 2013 year according to quality, practicalty, testing and assessment. The study was planned in the singular and relational scanning models. In the extent of the study, in the 2012- 2013 education year 5 likert type questionnaire composed of 24 item was implemented to 103 teachers from 13 schools in which chosen luckily in Çanakkale. It is understood that teachers do not evaluate the whole objectives and evaluation activities written in teacher guide books. Teacher guide books may be developed in point of presenting teachers about getting detail informations for the performed issue.
