Abstract :
The coasts, which provides facilities, facilities, due to the potential and attractiveness is the most concentrated areas of human activities from the past to the present. Coastal habitats exposed to human activities throughout history have occurred in the last century, rapid population growth, urbanization, industry and transportation factors such as increased even further with the coastal areas became the center of the human activities. The changes that have occurred in the usage of the coast and the use of pressure, the natural structure of the coast, disrupting and leads to the emergence of environmental problems. Today, minimizing the problems and to ensure sustainable usage of coastal management and planning studies. In this study, region of Black Sea to the east of betwen Solaklı Creek-Iyidere (Trabzon-Of) coast line explored which change are concentrated in coastal area. Investigation of the use of the coastal area, temporal variation, production of map, numerical analysis of the results achieved, and issues management, and sustainable management of the coast of the SWOT analysis, the creation of digits. Temporal variation in the use of the coastal study area, 1990-2014 satellite imagery in geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing has been obtained as a result of the analysis with the techniques. In the process, reduced forest areas on the coast surveyed, increased agricultural fields and residential areas. Notable other situations is the fill areas with increased and the banks of the Black Sea coastal highway as a result of areal changes experienced.. In this study all of the Black Sea coast with coastal problems and change to local-scale coastal management work. Working with data and information to be gained from a larger diameter, it is thought that the creation of sustainable coastal management.
