Abstract
Imperforate hymen is the most seen Mullerian canal anomaly and commonly diagnosed at adolescent period. Our case was diagnosed during evaluation of a pelvic mass by detailed clinical history and physical examination. Hymenal ring was re-established and hematocolpos was drained by surgical intervention
