Abstract :
The person who manages and has impact on all the processes of the organization is the leader. Implicit leader comes out by the other person in the group that want to see voluntarily and follow-up he/she as the leader. Personality traits have an important role at employee to be recognized as a leader by other employees. In this study, the effect of personal characteristics on the Implicit Leadership perception of employees in the manufacturing sector has been studied. In the research, survey method was used and the data obtained from respondents were analyzed with AMOS software package. In this analysis, descriptive statistics, ttest, one-way analysis of variance, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis were used. While power and impressiveness of Implicit Leadership dimensions are not proved, all the Big Five Personality dimensions are proved in the research results. While positive correlation are resulted between personal moral and neuroticism of Implicit Leadership dimensions, positive correlation is resulted about the opening on the experience. While positive correlation is resulted between extraversion and responsibility of Big Five Personality and sensitiveness of Implicit Leadership dimensions, no deterministic impact is reached that proficiency dimension of Implicit Leadership dimensions on Big Five Personality.
